I got the code and put it into the Dr. Pepper site. It said i claimed my prize and it needed my to verify it. I click that and it sends me to my game promotion page. Well, there is no recon hood download. It shows my terminus gear download but no Recon hood. Ive been looking around for solutions for an hour. Please help. Thanks

You have to make sure you put in the email addy as you use for your EA account (regardless of what email you used to register with Dr.Pepper) and I had to click "verify" a 2nd time iirc to confirm my prize choice.
