I started a new game with an imported shepard from ME1 (After completing the game).
It says at the end of the introduction level that I have an achieve that allows me to retain all heavy weapons from my previous ME2 playthrough, yet I have none other than the grenade launcher.

I've finished the intro and have the ship.

Any ideas?
