Have restarted several times and having the same issue each time through; when I go to land on the planet to Help Zaeed, the typical load screen starts up, but after a few seconds an error message says that the disc is unreadable.  Frustrating; hadn't had any problems with the game since Day 1, when I couldn't save the game the first time I played.  

Ran through the first few pages of this forum; anyone else having the same problem/have a solution?

Yes, both the DLC sets fail to load, giving the "Disc Unreadable" error. Upon restarting the game, the error now occurs whenever I attempt to resume or load a game.

Im not sure as I have it working, but weren't there issues when dlc came out? so try to remove manualy dlc from your HD and reload it again. Maybe they fixed something in it, or maybe it will fix itself :/

I'm having the same problem and it's a real pain. I've tried other methods for curing the "unreadable disc" error and nothing is working for this. I'm going to see if I can delete the DLC and reinstall it, but I already have Zaeed in my group, so I wonder if that'll screw up my game.

Aaaand yup, it screws up your game. Great. I was only like 23 hours into the game...

Scratch that, I restarted my console and started up the game and it works perfectly fine now. The "Unreadable Disc" issue is gone.

EDIT: Well it seemed to work for about five minutes. I landed on the planet and got to walk around for a bit before it said the disc was unreadable. Sooooo...I'm at a loss as to what to do here.

It shouldn't be my disc right, since this is DLC and since I was able to move the problem from one spot to another? If it was the disc, it'd be in the same spot wouldn't it?

Do you have enough hard space to install the game? Each disc installs separately from each other so if it's just one disc you would only need enough room for the disc that's giving you the problem.

I can Land and make it all the way to the second door you have to open then BAM.....Disc unreadable. I had this problem before it wouldnt let me go to omega at the start or down to level four of the normandy, itd say disc unreadable......afetr some deleting I found out afetr I got rid of my blodd dragon armor I could play the rest of the game except this.

Yeah, I installed both discs and then just the second on it's own. I really don't want to go on the suicide mission without getting Zaeed's loyalty, so this is kind of a bummer.

Having the same issue, and I tried everything. I've tried redownloading, downloading disks, clearing cache, playing with different characters, nothing is working.
