So I have forgotten the password to my EA account, made it years ago and don't use it very often and now when I do the whole forgot your password thing I revieve no email. It doesn't even go into the junk box.
I don't want to use all my special edition Dragon Age stuff on this account as its not linked to my PS3/Xbox/PC stuff (Yes I have them all) and will be getting Mass Effect 2 on Xbox so I would lose out on the item from the Dragon Age thing. Anyone know what the score is. I have tried doing the password retrieval at least 5 times and have even tried doing it with using my Xbox gamer tag but to no avail.
If it helps I'm using a hotmail account but I don't think that should matter much if at all

i have the same problem too for the pc. i forgot my password and the game minimizes and takes me to that reset password screen. i have tried at least six times with sending them my email but i never get anything in the inbox or spam.

Is there any fix for this. On the EA forgot password screen, it NEVER sends you the reminder. Tried dozens of times now.
