I bought WK and it did not download.  I have e-mailed about it several times with no response.  I have also tried the recommended fixes.  I will NOT be interested in this once I complete the game so if you are not going to fix it soon give me my money back.

Why is it that your downloaded content doesn't work when your billing seems to work without a hitch.  I had confirmation immediately and my biopoints disappeared immediately.

I am interested in the downloadable content but not enought o play the entire game over.

Please fix this soon.

I originally had problems with the shale code too.  That one eventually worked, but this one did not.

It claimed it was downloading at first but even after like 1/2 an hour there was 0 progress on the progress bar.  Since then it doesn't even try to download the content and it says I have no biopoints to make it try again.

This is very frustrating.

I am using a PC.

If any techs read this please look at my e-mailed requests for help and contact me!:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Have you tried manually downloading it and installing it? Links and instructions are in section 4 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ

You may also want to make sure that your Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game.
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START

I don't understand how I can download it again without paying for it again. My credits are gone even though it never successfully downloaded.

DLC becomes associated with your account once you redeem/buy it. You can see all the DLC that is associated with your account at http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php  You can download any DLC that is associated with your account as many times as you need.

Once it has been associated with your account its supposed to automatically download, but many people have technical problems with that. Which is why we have the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ

Thanks for the help so far Kepha, but I am still having a problem.

I managed to d/l the content and I copied the files over replacing them, but it still doesn't work. When I try to start the quest it keeps asking me to buy it again.

The Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service needs to be running every time you play the game logged in, as the game will attempt to verify your rights to own the DLC, and can't do so without the Content Updater service. The service is supposed to start when you start the game, but there's often a timing issue when it doesn't get fully started before the game goes out to check with the server, thus leaving all your DLC unauthorized and the game thinking you need to purchase it again. Check that the service is working correctly by manually starting it before you start the game by:

1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

If it starts fine, then its just the automatic starting that you are having problems with. There is a beta fix available that may help with that.

If the service doesn't start, or is missing, you'll need to resolve the issues with the service. There is more advanced troubleshooting information about the service in section 3 of the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ
