I just reached the part where EDI warns Joker of the IFFs transmission to the collectors.
As soon as the collector ship pops up I say "oh ****" and immediately after joker repeats what I said, that moment was priceless for me, along with many others.
I.E. bringing grunt to jacks recruitment mission: "Oh this I have to see, lets go!"
bringing Jack to mirandas loyalty mission: "I like her are we still recruiting"
Priceless.
