please if anyone knows the problem and can help me because bioware told me that its because the website is still in its BETA form please tell the develpors about this

First, the devs know that the site is in Beta. Second, they know that there are problems and that people have them, they don't need to be told, and they can't respond to every single problem personally. There's a reason why there are stickied threads at the top of this forum that provide much useful help for various problems. Just read them and see. Third, you haven't said exactly what your problem is. No-one can help if you don't provide details. For example:



* Did your character not upload to the site?

* Did your character upload, but there are missing files, including the picture file?

* What does your profile diagnostics page say?

* What methods have you used to try to rectify the problem?

* Have you read the FAQ?

* Have you read the stickied threads on profile diagnostics or profiles updating slowly? Or even asked for help there?

@OP: I can see you have a character named Sen and that he has no portrait. I can also see that you have successfully uploaded at least one portrait and that you have only one persona (so everything ends up the same place), and that you play on the Xbox. I wager your specific issue is the console failing to upload the portrait at creation, in which case there is just nothing you can do. If I'm right and this is important to you what you can do is create a new character and not play with it until you see if the portrait has been successfully uploaded. For consoles there appears to be no way to provoke the upload at a later time.
