For me it was when my paragon Shepard punched out Zaeed for his reckless actions and stared him down until he backed off.

Also, my last shot against the Human Reaper was a warp blast that flew straight to its eye, and as soon as it hit the achievement popped for reaching level 30. I felt like such a badass then.

The entire "Tali discovering her dead father" scene with the Paragon interrupt at the end with the hugging, it literally made me cry. I hadn't cried in a video game since ME1, hehe.

Suicide mission. Nothing in the entire game can own up to that. The epic fights, the intense music, all your squadmates working together, and sprinting towards the Normandy before the base blows up, spells out AWESOME.

Talking to the Shaman for Grunt's Rite. When the Ambassador opposes the ritual, you get the renegade option to headbutt him. It's priceless ,espacially if you're a Femshep.

You don't headbutt the shaman, you headbutt Uvenk. The Krogan with the green crest. If you're renegade enough you get to battle him and kill him after Grunt's rite of passage. The Shaman is amused by all of these antics though, and takes a liking to Shepard.

I was playing as a renegade femshep. Wasn't wearing a helmet either. I picked the renegade dialog option and she just smashed her head into Uvenk's head. I lol'd for days

Yea, the headbutt was pretty awesome. I loved how the Shaman laughed

The voice acting from Tali in that scene was superb.  Very moving.

I personally thought the renegade pop-ups during the interrogation (Thane loyaly mission) were cinematically great.  Especially after Thane tells you to go easy on him and the interrupt comes up with the static sound in the background, Shepard's fist clenching and then releasing if you don't do it.  Very tense and cool.

Definetly the scene with Garrus when you play as a paragon. When you stand in front of the crosshairs and explain to Garrus's target what Garrus intends to do. Garrus gets pissed off, things get tense and then you realize that Garrus's target isn't a bad guy, he just made a stupid mistake and then Garrus realizes that Shepard made a good decision.
