The Paragon hug with Tali when she saw her father was the most touching moment I have ever had playing a game. It crossed the boundry of what was real and not real for me. It proved that this was not just a game. It was great art.

Everything I did with Tali. It was literally like a romance novel from the hug to the final moment before the loving! I truly felt fulfilled, because I had created a character who didn't romance anyone in ME 1 just so he could be with Tali and it was so worth going back to ME 1 to make Tali the love of his life!

Headbutting a Krogan was great, but the best thing about it the Krogan then essentially said "Touché".

[Shepard Lives]

The greatest moment in the game is without a doubt a part of Thane's loyalty mission.
You are pursuing Kolyat's target, you open a door, a guy pops up from behind it and when he asks you "What are you doing here?" you have the Intimidate option to tell him "There is a bomb!". When you choose it Shep sounds really angry and serious and goes (paraphrasing) "Do you have any idea how dangerous it is to stay here? I'm a security officer! THERE IS A BOMB! Get out of here now!". It felt just awesome... and it made me laugh for a good ten minutes.

The suicide mission, mainly when you just come through the mass relay and are locked in battle with your archnemesis... the collector ship! When they fired I was wondering if I had missed any upgrades for the ship, and I was on edge. Then we blasted them once and Joker went crazy, I literally jumped up like yes! When it got destroyed I was happy, but then I was focused after I realized we weren't done yet. The whole suicide mission was actually very good imo (so long as you didn't look at any tips the 1st time around). Very suspenseful. I can't recall ever reacting to a game quite like I did with the suicide mission in ME2.

Tali's reaction when you jokingly tell her you can still get her court martialed.

First seeing Liara on Ilum.

Seeing the animatronics and the seeming emotion legion displays for the first time.

That was win!
I also enjoyed the Renegade option at the beginning of Miranda's loyalty mission.  The dramatic pause from the merc afterward was priceless.

The Better line comes if you bring Jack along on Miranda's mission. When the female Merc makes comments about Miranda dressing like a tart, Jack says:

During Jacobs Loyalty. leaving his Dad do die by the hand of the hunters... that was just cold blooded. Why are some of the Paragon choices more renegade then the Renegade choices.
