I would love to suggest/request/beg that Bioware in the future (either in a patch or ME3) allows us to wear special armor (Collector, Blood Dragon, Inferno, Terminus) but be able to turn off the helms.
I love the looks of most of them and would use them over the customizable ones (which I too love a lot btw) except you ALWAYS have the helms on. If nothing else have them go away during dialog/cutscenes.
I was going to wear my Blood Dragon armor or Inferno but then had my first meeting with the Elusive Man and I spoke to him through a steel helm the whole time. Kind of a turn off for me.
Anyway, VERY minor issue I know but it bugs me.
