Today I ran into the problem of my ME 2 disc 1 not working in my Xbox 360, all my other games work and the only reason I can think of is that the disc is bent or cracked because it is almost impossible to get out of the case.  If you own the collectors edition I'd recomend putting the 1st disc in a seperate case so it doesen't break trying to get it out.
Spending an extra $10 on a game shouldn' t mean that the box breaks it after a week.

Exact same thing happened to me. The other two discs come out easier. I have steelbook cases for MW2, Halo Wars, and Gears of War 2 but the game discs never got cracked. 

Oh well, it's too late. I sent EA an e-mail; I hope we won't have to pay the $20 fee.

The new discs are a lot cheaper and cr*ppier for the 360, if you haven't noticed. Be extremely careful handleing any new 360 disc.

It's usually taking them in and out of the case that does it. Those ring clamps are extremely tight. I went out last year and bought a box of cd envelopes.. and a cardboard cd box for storage. Now they are all nice and organized and I don't have to worry about cracking the discs.

my 2nd disc is fine. and removing the discs themselves can bend, which maybe apart of the problem.



however, i've had the game freeze several times. a HARD CRASH during Tali's Loyalty mission
