I think she'd be into cheese spaghetti though.

French fries. Everyone likes french fries. She could live off of them too and not get fat. Biotics have super hyper metabolisms. And for someone with her biotic abilities, she probably has to eat a whole cow to get her necessary calorie intake. I picture Jack being like Goku, eating all the food in a restaurant and still wanting more.

Jack's pants make her look like she has little (adorable) love-handles, if you look closely at certain points of the game.  That, or her hips are wider than they appear to be.

On a more serious note... given Jack's tough history, it's quite plausible that she would have had to resort to, let's just say, some unconventional forms of nourishment every now and then. I wouldn't be surprised if she'd developed a taste for something like, say, smoked Quarian...

Careful, you're taking us back to the Anderson Suite ;)

Taking the joys of prison food, having to scavenge at times, or periods spent working with diverse groups potentially of numerous species, I think Jack would eat anything. It might even go so far as to her not having any kinds of favourite food; eating's just something you have to do to continue to function. Even if it's raw varren, you force it down, and you survive. I don't think she has table manners, either... I can see her with a plate of ribs coming out looking like a post-intestine-feast zombie. Not exactly feral, but not exactly civilised either... maybe more like a little kid, just lacking enough social conditioning to think sitting with barbeque sauce smeared all over your hands and mouth isn't a huge faux-pas.

I think she'd like candy though - anything sweet. It'd be like golddust to someone used to someone not used to regular access to sugary junk, and her biology would love the masses of calories.

When you think about it, Jack and Miranda would eat like horses... and never put on weight. *****es! :D

While Mondo probably has it right in that Jack sees food as more of a survival thing than a pleasure thing, I do have this mental image of Shepard and Jack going out for a night of clubbing and drinking, then trying to shake off the hangover with some big old greaseball burgers at some greasy spoon joint on the "bad side of town" of whatever planet or station they were partying at. Still trying to decide if that's IC or not.

Actually, someone just needs to do Mass Effect/Night Hawks fanart, except the bar is some dingy run down joint on Omega, and Jack and Shepard are the couple at the end of the bar.

Did that really sound like a sex joke? I don't think I've ever unintentionally made one before...

You made me think of the scene from Major Payne where he woofs down a whole plate of food in like 5 seconds Posted Image. That's probably what Jack would be like.

And then I thought of another scene from that movie that illustrates how I picture Jack would be as a parent. www.youtube.com/watch

Part of me wants to stay in-character with my perception of Jack as the tough-girl. Another part of me makes me think that she would want her children to have the very opposite of her childhood. She would treat them with great care and compassion, and defend them ferociously.

Too serious?

Provided Jack can have kids. Which, I think, is debatable.

For some strange reason I see an cross-species eating contest between Jack and Grunt in my head. Jack could eat fileted crawler, chewing wither her mouth open. But Grunt forfeits when confronted with ramen noodles.

Hello Jack fans. Is it just me or does Jack often look like she's about to cry when you take her along on missions? Not sure if bioware did this on purpose or not, but I just noticed it. As for Jack's favorite food, I see her eating like a kid, a lot of fast food and potato chips.

I think it's that in-game lighting has curious interactions with her mascara/eyeshadow.

I think Jack could be a real gourmet depending on what she got to eat during her time on Pragia and prison. I mean imagine u were in prison and only had crap to eat, u´d probably enjoy every single bit of ur meal.

After
all, even Zaeed doesn't like what Cerberus did to the children on Pragia!

Then again, I could see Jack taking a piece of food she wanted warmed up and just holding a blowtorch to it for a bit. If I think about it, though, she may be one of those people who knows how to cook things really well on a hot car/ship/whatever engine.

One thing I'm curious about, if you'll indulge me.

For those of you who have a main male Shepard who's taking a romanced Jack to the end of ME3 (provided, of course, that such a thing will be possible), who has the Colonist/Sole Survivor background?

That's the background my shep who went with Jack had. I'm not great about holding onto saves though, I'll probably import a game similar to mine when ME3 comes out, or run through ME2 again if I'm in the mood.
