I think that's a reasonable prediction for what a Paragon Jack would do.  The question would then be - Would she do this legally, as the head of an orphanage, for example, or would she be like the silent protector of street-urchins everywhere?

Probably more so the latter. She might eventually do something organized like an orphanage, but at the start (during ME3) she'd probably either join someone else' organization/group/partnership or she'd start small.

Hmm...personally this seems to be a little out of Jack's comfort zone.  I see her being completely sympathetic, but to be so overtly involved in an organization that requires a tremendous amount of diplomacy and patience isn't tying into Jack's character.  (This is just my opinion, I'm not bashing anyone for theirs)

For a renegade Shepard who had a one night stand with Jack, I'd assume she would leave and continue on her path of destruction. One thing I've always wondered though, is if you were a full blown paragon Shepard, you chose the paragon option during Jack's loyalty mission and you were always nice to her and everyone, but you had "renegade sex" with her. What would she think of you at the end of ME2 after you've destroyed the collector base? You fit her expectations by having a one night stand with her, but in every other way you defied her expectations. In that case I think she would stick around but she wouldn't talk to Shepard outside of combat.

But if you paragon romance Jack, there is no remotely logical direction she could take that doesn't involve her staying with Shepard. If you were paragon but didn't romance her, I think she would definitely stay for obvious reasons, but if for some reason she doesn't stay, then I think she would do something that involves helping biotic kids.
