The tone in her voice is very expressive, but not her facial expressions. Especially since you can't really see much of her face.

Guys, I just want to say sorry if any of you went into the Miri thread and where offended by what that moron saying only fans of Miri are sane. He does not speak for us all, I love may of the other characters.

I voted for Jack.  As mentioned earlier in this thread, Jack's probably been exposed to some very nasty stuff in her travels (at least as far as food is concerned), and she's still alive.  Jack's living proof that what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.

The pole is intentionally a joke. Tali wins in every pole, no matter the subject. So adriano made one based on who has the best immune system, which Tali clearly does not have, yet she'll probably still get a ton of votes.

All the Talimancers are probably going to vote for Liara just to spite Jack. Plus Liara fans are the second biggest group, so Liara will have a bunch tainted votes.

I don't mean to sound arrogant, but I am convinced that anyone who doesn't vote for Jack is just voting for their favorite character, or is just trying to spite Jack, or has never seen Jack outside of her loyalty mission.

We have a lot of Jack fans in the Tali thread, so I'm not sure that is actually true. A lot of people in the Tali thread don't like Miranda though, at all. Liara never really struck me as that expressive. Whereas Jack is brimming with emotion in many scenes, and in other it's more subtle but it's there. Runner up may be Miranda for the crying and looking cold/arrogant all the time, then Kelly for when she freaks out after you save her from the collectors.

Frankly the characters felt more expressive and emotional to me in ME2 than they did in ME1, including the romances. But I'm not sure about the people who voted for Samara, I mean really, Samara is that stoic paladin type who doesn't get expressive much over anything really.

There are Liara fans that did actually vote for Jack.  I can't decide between the two, and voted one each in the two polls I made (Liara first one, Jack second).   I do think Jack will win and I'm not aware of a fanbase out to spite her.
