We'd tell you that the curious lighting in Liara's office makes her look creepy in that picture, but that she isn't actually creepy.

I think Liara's more of a dom than people give her credit for, but she won't tie you to the bed and hack you to pieces with an ax.  She'd just tie you to the bed and do some other things ;)

I was actually going to comment that the picture reminded me of Kathy Bates. You beat me to it, though. That's rather creepy in itself.
