I... am not sure how to react to that. Shepard is Grunt's mummy, not... that. ;)

How did you get that screenshot anyway?

(Oh ya, happy 4th of July everyone, yes, even you Europeans. I'll be preoccupied with blowing **** up for the rest of the day, bring on the fireworks!)

Haha I love that look on her face. That would make a good, "What is this I don't even..." meme .

It's been posted on these forums a few times.

Courteously, and with careful concern given to safety regulations and noise ordinance laws, right?  ^_^

Woops!  You're right, I forgot to type it in French, too.

It sounds like a war zone outside of my house right now.  LOUD explosions.

The fireworks were on the West side of Manhattan this year.  I couldn't see them from the roof of my building.   I  could certainly hear them, though.

Oh yeah, York!

Any word from Courtenay Taylor? I'm assuming no at the moment.

Nope, nothing yet.  Either she's busy, or I lack the social tact that I think I possess.

The fireworks are half a block from my house where I live.

Jack and Fireworks. Repurposed for artistic use or ammunitions?

Both.

Jack firing fireworks into a fuel depot causing a chain reaction of explosions and bloody Batarian screaming is the futuristic version of Canada's annual Symphony of Fire event.

Biotic fireworks? Manipulating biotic fields in to fancy shapes and projecting them in to the sky?

^I bet that's what fireworks are like in the ME universe. Everything is run by the magical eezo and biotic fields. Bit like oil dependency today, I wonder if it can run out... would that be more problematic than the Reaper threat? /wild mass guessing

Jack with fireworks probably haunts a few of the Normandy crew's nightmares...

That would be sweet. I believe that she in-fact originally had that ability and it was also called crush. But they changed it to slam and gave it to Miranda.

Feh.  They should have given the warp ammo to Miranda.  Would've made a helluva lot more sense.

I strongly disagree. People are acting like Jack is retard when it comes to combat.

Derp.  ;)    I don't think I am.  All I said was that Jack has the power - but does she have the combat experience?  Compare a street fighter against a Green Beret.  Who wins?  Jack is a freight train, but it doesn't take a whole lotta power to derail a train - just some finesse and a little knowledge.

Obviously she isn't considering everything she has done. She's not some slack-jawed fist dragging juggernaut.

I'm fairly certain I said nothing or the kind nor alluded to that.  Again, all I said, is that up against two combat veterens like Wrex and Samara, Jack will lose - unless she can take them out in her first shot.  For another comparison, it's the fencer against the boxer.  Kaiden has the combat experience, and the military training - that's an edge a street fighter or brawler can't touch.

She knows how to fight. You say she doesn't know how to properly use her biotics, which I think is obviously very wrong... She is the galaxy's most powerful human biotic for a reason.

No... I said that when she learns to use them with precision and finesse, cunning and forethought, she will be completely unstoppable.  Discipline, focus and finesse.  Jack has none to little of these things.

Jack would obliterate Kaiden, and I think she would beat Wrex because her biotics are so strong.

If Wrex didn't see her coming, maybe.  Kaiden still has rigorous training and combat experience Jack lacks.  That is a variable we can't honestly calculate.

Samara and Shepard are the only two characters in the game that would give her a run for her money. And I am not being biased. I truely think no one can hold a candle to her in a fight except Samara and Shepard.

With the right training, focus and discipline, I'd agreed with you.  I myself was a pretty damn good street fighter in my day, with tons of power.  I would not , however, be so stupid as to challenge a scrawny Spetnaz or a puny little SAS commando to a fight.  He'd kill my sorry arse dead.

Then forget about the one on ones.

Jack works better in a team, which brings up my next question:

Say we have a 3-man cell, excluding Shepard, who else on the SR2 compliments Jack's abilities in situational combat?
