This is why the Jack thread is one of my favorites. I wish all of the threads were like this. Sometimes this thread is a bit unwelcoming, but as a whole it's a great place to talk, and not just about Jack.

But wakeboarding is done on a lake.... where the water is flat enough to create a wake and a boat can go in a straight line.... unless you mean they are using those parachute things to jump the waves.

I have seen them take off... but they usually land.  I used to be a wakeboard instructor as a summer job while in college.... so I'm a firm believer that wakeboards belong on a lake

Hey guys, after finishing ME2, didnt Jack say she'd take care of Miranda when you were done with the collectors during that cutscene? What do you guys think happens? Does she follow through with it? Or did she just go "meh, whatever"?

I would guess that all depends on Shepard.  He is a very charismatic individual (in-game).  I would say almost all the crew look up to him as an example (except for maybe Samara/Morinth, Zaeed and Mordin).  I think that if she had been paragon romanced that she would likely not follow up with the threat.  She may not like Miranda but she would likely understand that Shepard respects her as a colleague and friend.  Also... Miranda quit Cerberus.  That probably would make Jack question her motive for wanting to kill Miranda.

Side note:  Default Shepard should not be named John... but rather Simon because whatever Simon says the rest of the galaxy does.

So long as they are part of Shepard's clan, it's just trash talk. Go their separate ways, and I'm sure they'll find themselves in very different spheres. Can't see Jack going that much out of her way to attack someone she didn't like. Besides, she takes out people she perceives as an imminent threat. Miranda might not like Jack very much, but she probably has no intention of killing her.

Well, I mean, Jack said that she'd tear Miranda apart after the suicide mission, not during.

Are you really certain about that? When you recruit her, she wants data on Cerberus personnel who were behind the project on her. That sounds very much to me as "going out of her way for someone she didn't like." She's certainly not just going to look at the list and just giggle. It sounds like she's going to hunt them down. And make 'em pay. And seeing as how the project is ruined, I don't think those people exactly pose her an immediate threat.

Yea, but is that the only reason why Jack would ever attack Miranda? She kind of did attack Miranda in the fight (flinging chairs).

That is, of course, assuming that she had a list of people. I seem to recall she did, but I can't remember for certain.
