I meant to say "beginning of the movie", not "beginning of the game".

Someone loves video games B)

This needs a caption about Shepard-induced migraines.

Why do you think I left it blank? lol

"Shepard's deliberate, patient. It pisses me off!"

Besides the fact she's so badass, when choosing her for biotic field, the way she says "come on, Shepard" is why I choose her. Her tone is slightly impatient and annoyed, like "don't let me down, Shepard, we're both too powerful and I'm throwing everything on the line for you and if we fail, the embarrassment will be worse than the death we receive."

I wonder about those lights on the back of her vest...

Utilitarian or for attention whoring?

It's a good look for that "cyberpunk" feel they were apparently going to have with Jack at one point in development. The DLC outfit, in context of that, may have very well been something made while ME2 was still a work in progress.

The N7 armor has them, too, but they glow blue. They're the shield generators.

EDIT: Oh, ****, it's adriano.   I haven't seen you in a long time.

Tsk...

I prefer to think they serve no purpose beyond being aesthetically attractive. Don't ruin it for me.

-edit. Also, it amuses me to think about a scenario in which she went out shopping for the thing...

"No, I want the lights in red!!!"

I thought those lights on the back serve to 'stick' weapons on. A lot of other characters got them too, but Jack doesn't carry assault rifles or sniper rifles so in that aspect they are useless.

Yeah, it is.

Called time after 6 weeks of Asia. Too much, really.

Wanted to sleep in my own bed.

They could be both.

This is what I think, there is no other way to explain how they stick.

Yeah, almost all the characters have said attachments, except Jacob and Miranda. Wish there was a way to take off the shades off that outfit through, then it would look awesome.

Biker chick may have been the default choice? Fail. I like everything except the shades and the fact you can't see half her tats.

And Jack in jeans = sexy.

Definitely both. I'm sure mass effect fields are involved some way.

If I were a Bioware artist, though, I'd have all sorts of colored shiny things all over everybody's suit much like Garrus' DLC outfit. It looks good. Didn't Jack get some tattoos that don't mean anything but "what the hell? I like 'em."

If we're going to meet TIM face-to-face in ME3, remember to bring Jack along.

I also like the biker outfit and I switch her appearance to that at first opportunity. The only problem being the almost inexplicable shades.

It's only a half-vaccuum, right?

And she's felt the cold before;

Funny article. I don't think anyone who posts here really fits the bill of any of the archetypes listed though.

I think everyone in this thread is a little bit of a fanboy/girl? No? <3

Thank God nobody here posts their username at the end of every. single. post. I hate that.

That's not the cold, that's someone playing at being cold. Jack's immune to that sh*t. Yeah, yeah, whatever... your t*ts and your romper suit don't impress me... hit the bricks. :D

Miri puts her gun on her belt. Jacob? I have no clue, he only leaves my ship twice in the whole game.

Maybe....MAYBE I understand shades for Thane. And maybe I understand if people want to cover up Jack's tattoos/chest, but wow...one of the more universally beautiful features, the eyes, are being mandatorily hidden (if you want that outfit). Next thing is Samara's eyes are covered, too.

sigh, I thought my avatar cut through it but it doesn't seem enough now.
