I loled
Anyways, Jack. It goes without the saying that you let Aresh live, yes? He wouldn't actually be able to start a new facility or anything, right? Just want to get everything sorted out.

Unlike Rana, I can't see him gettingo ut of the blast zone. I think he dies either way, it's what ever Jack does it or not that is the big things.Goat_Shepard wrote...
As a Talimancer who knows about the cult-against-the-Tali-cult all too well, you guys might know how much what you said means to me.

I got a private message from someone who insisted that they were very serious He was no mere troll, he explained indignantly, but rather a proud member of the Anti-Tali Alliance.Pacifien wrote...
As far as I can tell, the alliance consists of a treehouse, a secret handshake, and strategic strikes against anything with a mask, even if that's the Master Chief.Goat_Shepard wrote...

Eh... join the club. I'm the second-in-command of the anti-Tali alliance.
I didn't know Tali was so powerful she required a counter-alliance to combat her. You have a command structure and everything
Hearing this, I apologized profusely for harming the fragile sensitivities of an ambassador of such an esteemed and serious business group.

He had to have some transport just as Jack did, but seems like he'd have just hidden in the shadows while Shepard and crew departed so he could die in the blast like he wanted.

The people that can't tell the difference... I can get a bit anti-them. Like the Cerberus cheerleader, then need to back off... or we'll get to be friends real fast

And as for Aresh, the one time I tried to tell Jack to off him, she refused. I've never seen him get whacked. All my Sheps are imports though, so maybe their good-ness washes over more than I thought?

What are there, four loyalty missions where you can stop the squadmate from killing someone in the end? The only one I tend not to stop is Mordin. Why he gets to kill Maelon while Garrus doesn't get to kill Sidonis is something I can't explain. Maybe I feel Mordin is more hardcore renegade than Garrus.

2: Miri
3: Garrus
4: Mordin

@Kraidy
So it's unknown whether he lives or not. After 4 playthroughs, I noticed I always let my squaddies shoot Aresh, Maelon, Niket, Sidonis, because I see that my squaddie wants to kill them, and I do what they say cuz I'm weak like that. None of the dialogue suggests they regretted it or anything, so I figure letting them live = they regret it.
@Pyro
I suppose your right, it seemed pretty far fetched plan. I felt really bad for his state-of-mind, so killing him seemed appropriate, but if he dies anyway...

Plus Shepard gives his/her old little "you could have been like that, but you chose not to!" speech. So letting Arresh go is the proper thing to do for sure.
That's....pretty awesome. I can't even remember what the renegade line is...something like "Strike him down, and your destiny will be fulfilled!"

The renegade line is that Shepard threatens to shoot him if she won't. Basically telling her to man up if she wants to shoot him.

She refused? You gotta go bottom left to convince her, right? So confused.
Btw Tali is not innocent! Get that look out of your eye! Wait, saying she's not innocent will only make it worse.

Garrus kills Sidonis in all my playthroughs, what're you babbling about?
