Must confess, I'm not sure I could write ones for the other characters at this stage... I'm pretty sure I couldn't write Thane well enough to pull it off, might be able to do Garrus or Jacob though. I doubt I could do Miranda justice either - she's just too unlike me. I need to find some point of relation to me to get them off right, so I can see me as whichever character and then gauge my own response to situations (wheee - how I writez tipz), and as things stand I can find more identification with Legion than I can Miranda.

That reminds me of that robot voiced by John Candy in the animated sci-fi movie "Heavy Metal".  That was a pretty cool animated movie, still is.

Well I'll be honest and confess to not noticing the post

But, now I've read it, I've got to say I like it. I liked Grunt's attitude towards biotics particularly ("magic"), very suitable for krogan. I'd like to see more too!

I did not notice the post initially either. It's a good thing you brought it back up Mondo because I really liked it. That was really good ElectricZ. The dialogue was great, the fighting scene was awesome, but it ended right when I so wanted to see what would happen next. I really hope you continue with this because I'm really interested to see what happens next. Great job!

Edit: Oh wow I didn't realize that there were 3 chapters. Woot!

Glad y'all enjoyed it... Jack and Grunt were two characters that started off very one dimensional but if you actually took the time to investigate, there was a lot more to them. Of course, that could be said for all of the ME2 crew.

Yeah three chapters... The first with the fight, the next two getting the opinions of the fighters after the bout... with Shepard as the referee, of course.

I took Jack to Mordin's recruitment today. Aside from the one section where she decided the best way to defend me was to put herself between me and the vorcha (so sweet, but she died), things are going well. Have to be quick to know when she needs the pistol and when she needs the shotgun, but I'm getting the hang of it. I just might learn how to use all the shotgun using squadmates effectively yet.

I'll have to ask this again if I effectively get this thread to 449, but do you think Jack ever walks away from an argument or fight? I was speculating that Miranda was the sort who'd want the last word in any argument. Now, disregarding the Jack/Miranda argument, how do you think Jack reacts to other confrontations? Be boring if they always end in bloodshed and tears.

Engineer, still? I'm gunna take Jack and Tali everywhere but might go back on the Sentinel promise. I hate watching my squaddies fall damn Bioware and your highly talented voice actors.
