The only tats that really seem clear in most screen shots that I've seen, are those numbers on her neck. Those shots that I have seen of her without the tats, really look weird.

Getting a tattoo of one's self on one's own body? Pretty high up there, in terms of narcissism. Like, Patrick-Bateman-screwing-those-escorts-while-flexing-in-front-of-the-mirror narcissistic. I don't think Jack is narcissistic.

I still laugh at myself every time I look at the tats on Jack's left arm. The one with all of Matt Rhodes' previous concept ideas for Jack. I'm pretty sure it was an easter egg of sorts. But seriously I can't imagine the sheer nightmare of doing Jack's 3d model texture work. Making sure all those tats wrap around her body properly with minimal seams. *shudder

I doubt they're an easter egg. It seems weird to make such a key feature of a character an easter egg. That's like saying Miranda's giant ass is an easter egg. Maybe they're people she knew or killed, and they all happen to be female... If they're each tattoos of herself, each are probably a different phase of herself throughout her life. It's all part of her tattoos telling a story of her past. I doubt it has to do with narcissism.

Different phases, hmmm. I've thought about this. I mean she got the tattoos after Teltin, so she was inking herself as she went through life. Depends on when she broke free, really, cuz the phases would be differ.
