And Tommy just smuggled a suitcase fission bomb into the thread. Dismay.

It might not have been a Tzar Bomba, but when you're at ground zero, you try and tell 50 kilotons and 50 megatons apart... :?

tommy, man, c'mon. You didn't even use a spoilers warning.

EDIT:  You did, just a little too late for some people.

Wow.

People is awful powerful mad about LotSB.

If the rage over a DLC is this strident, can you imagine what it'd be like...

Mass Effect 3 has been released!

*Brass bands, tickertape, squees heard round the world...*

Official Bioware Press Release:

"We would like to thank our fans for their loyalty over the years.  As a reward, Mass Effect 3 has been released exclusively for consoles.

Thank you Bungie for the suggestion."

Let's just use our operant creative powers and picture it...

I can smell the smoke already.

;)

Well, there are far fewer things to plan for, when develping solely for consoles.   PCs bring compatibility problems.  I wonder if I would mind, if Bioware intends to make ME3 less of an RPG.

I'm really interested about what we learn about Jack.  I know what we learn, but not the specifics of what we learn.

apoligies. I misread this line as "I want to know what we learn, but not specifics of what we learn". I hope I didn't ruin anything, my intent was not to anger :(

Life would be easier if people who pointed out spoiler information didn't also quote the spoiler information. The original poster can always edit their post, but if you quote them, the information is out there and it's not their fault anymore.

Not blaming you.  Mistakes happen.  No worries.

Yah, yah, edited after realizing boneheadedness.

The DLC for pc, is back up on the site again. I don't know if it's working or not, though. They did take it down before, so maybe the issue is corrected.

So can I say tomorrow (for me, it's already tomorrow for most of the rest of the planet) is a good day to start discussing the spoilers from LotSB openly here?

This is the disadvantage of having a small community. If everyone has their fingers stuck in their ears while they chant loudly, no one can have a proper conversation.

EDIT:  My download keeps cutting off.  That's annoying.

I would think the advantage of having a small community is that pretty much every active participant in this thread who's going to play LotSB will have done so by tomorrow. No cry foul on spoilers after that.

Yes, but it must look silly to everyone else, when they walk in to the Jack thread, only to see everyone standing around with their fingers stuck in their ears, chanting loudly

Christina Norman just tweeted saying that they fixed all the issues with downloading LotSB on the PC. So you guys should be able to download it now.

Switching between my careers, I'm finding that a single squadmate can have a varying number of squad points. In one career, Jack has 25 points available, and in another, she has only 20. Maybe it's because I've used the save-file editor to refund points?

Same level, different points? Sounds like a save game editor issue to me, but you can check the mod thread.

Liking Jack's dossier. Sort of. Toss out a couple of my previous fanfics, though. Curses to the canon.

And I'm speaking to everyone, when I ask this...

Is this a cue? Cause I really do want to say a couple of things, but not if it's too soon.

I'm not too far in to the DLC myself, and I doubt our Eurobros have had much time at all to play the DLC. I don't think it's time yet, Sundown.

Yeah? Alright, then.

Well, I've downloaded two bits of BioWare related content. I've already played the second, so I'm going back to playing the first.

See you when I'm done playing for the third time.
