Well, a couple of my theories about Jack were shot to hell. But ya know what? Good. If BioWare can't out-think its own fans then they don't deserve their reputation. I was around in the glory days of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and getting proven wrong about things like this is something you have to learn to love. Plus the reveal of the Broker was something I really liked. I'm not gonna go into specifics, mind you, but I like the fact that all those who thought it was TIM are proven wrong.
But at least I was right about Courtenay Taylor being in LotSB. Tela Vasir is so obviously her.

The information about Jack gave my Sole-Survivor Shepard even more reason to despise Cerberus. Lying about that sort of thing, and theft of that most despicable type, is just disgusting. I could feel my blood boiling when I read the conversation.

Do you think her family stayed on Eden Prime? I know 20 yrs is a long time to stay in one place and I hate to think they were all wiped out by the geth attack. So do you think her family moved to another planet and is still out there somewhere? I hope so.

This kind of worries me. I was concerned that providing so much back-story for so many characters might cause Bioware to think that they can exclude every ME1 and ME2 squadmate from ME3. What's worse, I thought that the only reason Bioware would give us all that information is because they intended to get the ME1 and ME2 squadmates' back-stories completely resolved for ME3, so they can give us all-new squadmates.
I'll have to look for this information about Jack's body being worth a lot. I must have missed it. Does it mention, specifically, how much money was poured in to her production?

That's great! Considering that their bodies are worth so much - a Shepard who is a Sole Survivor, who has romanced Jack, who tells TIM to get lost, and then goes on to be happy with Jack, is a very big "*** you" to Cerberus.

hmm...maybe i am mistaken then...me going back to check the logs again....it was funny however that she is interested in getting away from Normandy(according to all the maps and info she was getting fron extranet).....does that happen if u romance her too ?

I don't think she was being serious about that, not that she would have said "no" if Shepard had agreed. It's kind of clear that her outlook on things changes, depending upon how you treat her.

Well, Jack wanting to know how the Normandy's escape pods are likely to function, as well as charts and locations of mass relays just fits with her pretty much ingrained sense of always needing an escape route. She's been running her whole life now; one chain of escapes and captures after another, so it makes sense for her to try and find a way out once Shepard picks her up. Later on, I'd think the desire to run might be tempered by a sense of stability and safety.
Parents on Eden Prime... I don't know, if your child had died due to exposure to ezo on one world, I think you might want to move as far away as possible from the place. Maybe her folks are still out there somewhere then. At least her parents cared about her, and it's not like she was sold off to Cerberus.

I like to think about how Grunt came to search for "tyrannosaurus rex". It was adorable how he misspelled things, I think. Anyway, I wonder if he came to search for "tyrannosaurus rex" because the search-engine tried to correct the spelling of his original search for "Wrex". Then, I wonder if he came upon Jesse Ventura's "god-damned sexual tyrannosaurus rex" line from "Predator", as a result.

Loooove Jack! I hope she comes back in the next installment..she was always a staple in my party, along with Thane.
Excellent character design, heart wrenching back story and even though she was repulsive in her manner, you could empatsize because of what had happened to her.I feel as though this created, for me at least, a want to understand and be there for her.
