Into the Bad Girl: Jack Fans

-Antella's the guy in Hackett's dossier who wants to bring Shepard in. He's either going to have to circumvent Anderson and Hackett's authority, or organize his own black op to rein in Shepard. And that's the only way I can see from here how they'll be able to involve Ashley and Kaidan, and even then it'll involve character derailment (they'd never go against Hackett or Anderson) and NPC status, which I don't think the VS fans will go for. They started out as a jolly group but after slights (both real and perceived), they've devolved into full on Miss-Havisham-Moldy-Wedding-Cake mode. Not trying to knock them as if Jack were in ME1 and they did her like this, I might be investing in pitchforks and torches as well.
-Well a t-shirt's a t-shirt and a DLC's a DLC. I can get a shirt with my face on it, but I can't make a DLC featuring myself. They can sell t-shirts to fans but they have to sell DLC to everyone. Hey, if they can build some interesting levels around Tali, I'll shut my face when I'm not eating my plate of crow. I'm saying that with Jack it would be easier. And Phoenix Wright is a game series for the DS where you play as an anime lawyer.
-Well, Jacob, maybe. Miranda's gonna be tougher as Miss Strahovski is a busy woman. Any DLC for ME2 is gonna be good-to-outstanding (they even made shooting boring security mechs a blast), but they're going to have to deal with at least one of the squadmates before ME3 comes out, if for no other reason than to see them off, if that's the route they're gonna go. If I were in charge, Jack's the way I'd go for the reasons I've stated. Likely? No. But it's fun to daydream nonetheless.
@JohnnyDollar:
I disagree with you about a lot of things, and in this case... I don't. I got nuthin' to add.

You've warmed up to Liara after this DLC, yes?

I'd give her:
Shockwave
Warp
Pull, or something new, as Pull might be a little too similar to the next power
Bonus: Biotic Falcon Punch (Pull + Biotically-charged Falcon Punch)

I think Jack should have Slam, Shockwave, Warp and some kind of punch as you previously mentioned.
Yeah, Slam would work well, too. Too bad it was given to Miranda, for some odd reason. Given her style, she'd delight in being able to set up/set off Warp explosions.

Something I'd love for Jack is to see her use skills like those you see in Purgatory. It pisses me off that you get to see her kick major ass, and then when you take her out on a mission, she can't do any of the really amazing things we saw. :/

If you could change Jack's biotic skillset, without overpowering her, and without giving her Singularity...
class skill
shockwave - even though it's near useless on insanity, it's feels quite fitting
slam - again, more so because it feels like something she'd use
biotic charge - done in the style of tela vasir

Hm. Without Warp, Jack would be useless on higher difficulties, despite out attempts to redesign her skillset. With me, she doesn't see much use above Normal. Her class power could give her powers the ability to ignore a % of a target's defenses, maybe. I guess this Statis "fix" to biotics didn't actually fix much.

I mean it's such a lazy, bulls--t comment to make. Like all the other people on the ship are completely forthcoming if you don't romance them and the problem is endemic to only Jack.
Not that I've ever made the magic penis comment, which is annoying, but I'll say this in our defense: it's not that we don't recognize that all characters are romance limited.
It is simply that out of all the characters, Jack makes you want to be her friend more than anybody, ever.
If ever there was a character you were sorry you could not befriend, it is Jack. You see her and want to help her, and show her trust, and say "hey, I'm different." You just want to get close to her. But if there's no romance, you simply can't.
If you want to call it "butthurt" that we really hate the fact we're missing out on this great character, yep, we sure are butthurt. Like a skinny kid in prison.

Why, Jack? Why did you have to cut off your sexual experimentation before you met me?

I thought Jack's poem was actually quite good. And that website rejected it. Wtf. Like Jack needs more rejection from society. I liked that poem.

It'd be like sticking Plasms Grenades to Grunts, in "Halo". "Not again!"

This vid has some unused audio from Jack I found interesting.

Poor lil' Jack. Guess she must be taking inhibitors of one kind or another all the damn time.

Well, the character doesn't have warp now, and I still take it on missions regardless (on insanity, to hear the combat dialogue, mainly). My suggestions weren't offered with functionality in mind, rather what seemed to fit Jack's "style" or whatever. The game mechanics for biotic-based powers need a rewrite overall to make her useful.

It makes me wonder if she's ever had serious drug problems. It makes me wonder if the mention of a character being affected by drug usage in a way that isn't purely silly (Niftu Cal) was removed due to Rating concerns. I guess, in that vein, I wonder if she's ever gotten really high on Red Sand and done scary-powerful things with her already powerfully scary biotics.

I find femmeShep's "You take drugs all the time" comment to Jack rather cutting, nice to hear Jack doesn't seem to take much offense in it.

I know the lighting is a little odd there but still, I like this shot of her a lot.
