But in reference to Azint's question on Jack's future squad status, I'm gonna say "middling-to-high."  A lot of writing went into her and I think that she (along with Thane, Jacob and Miranda) don't really have definable end points at the end of ME2.  Their characters haven't finished arcing yet.

If you ask me, every living LI is going to make up the squad, along with Kelly and three or four newbies. 

Kelly? Really? She'll need another dimension added to her to make her intresting. Maybe have her deal with what she saw if you saved her. But if not she is a boring addition.

The rumor about the cure Thane Krios started when Christina Norman (lead gameplay designer) posted a tweet saying that she was looking at some future DLC being worked on that will make female Shepards happy. That's it. And someone people translated that into "ZOMG THANE CURE!"

I would love it if BioWare released individual DLC for every squadmember. I'm not sure what I would want in DLC based on Jack. Probably some more info about what happened in her past. It would be very interesting to find out about her history before the Teltin facility. It would be nice if it answered other questions such as a more elaborate story on what happened in the Teltin facility and what she was doing between escaping the Teltin facility and before ending up on the Purgatory. It would be really interesting to run into an old friend or enemy of hers.

Basically for a Jack-centric DLC I would like something that lets us learn more about Jack's past.

Crudely torn off mid-thigh. Boots laced up her bare legs. Couple of holes in it here and there. Burn marks. Veil at a jaunty angle. Shotgun in her arms. Grenade belt over one shoulder. Carnifex crammed in her garter. Evil grin. Antrigrav 'wedding limo' behind her... one with a turret and a lot of carbon scarring, dents and bulletholes in the armor plates...

"Do you take this woman?"

Actually, that would remind me a little of Dream With The Fishes - a fantastic little movie if you've never seen it. It makes you laugh, it makes you cry, and then it makes you feel very happy and warm inside. It's like a chick-flick for Generation X guys

I've never read Transmetropolitan and dont know who Miss 2% is. and never heard of Dream with the Fishes

I know they'll have to clump their character DLC together in three or four because some characters are more popular than others.  Like if there were a Jack mission, they'd have to piggyback it onto a Tali or Thane mission.  And I could just imagine...

"Hey kids!  We're gonna charge you five bucks for a Jacob mission!  You kids like Jacob, right?"

But as for the content, there's a variety of ways with Jack, as she has more past than backstory.  Revenge on teh Batarians who killed Murtock?  Finding out where she came from?  Revenge on a less-than-honorable fellow Purgatory inmate?  There are a lot of places it can go.

I think it's pretty damn high. Support for her is growing, and from interviews I've seen she seems to be a dev favorite.

It will probably be more 'Drell' centric. Curing the disease so that the Drell can help you with the reapers. And ofcourse Thane would benefit from this.

Perhaps it will be going after that guy from Purgatory that sent you the "Thanks" E-mail.  He did say he'd leave Shepard's name at his next kill as a thank you.

You can really hear the emotion in her when you tell her to find someone else.
