I'd keep the haircut, however.

I wouldn't change anything about her cosmetic appearance. As for her clothes, I'd have her wear something more covering, yet something that affords her flexibility and mobility. Her alternate appearance pack outfit was perfect, except for the visor, of course.
Yeah, I'm with you on this one, yorkj. Jack's cosmetic appearance was fine; I'd just like something a bit more covering too, like her alternate appearance pack outfit. That visor was just stupid; aside from that, the rest of the outift was good.

No. I often make comments about chafing. Seriously. Chafing.mrsph wrote...
Am I the only person who likes Jack's default outfit? Sure it makes no sense from a practical standpoint but hardly anyone seems to know what armor is in Mass Effect 2 anyway.
I do like the top she had on some early production work that axl99 used in her own artwork.

But if they went for the smallest top possible simply to show off her tattoos, I'd have rather they gone with no top at all.
'Cause chafing.

You're not, I keep her with the default outfit. Jack's outfit is her tattoos - I think you need as much of them showing as possible. Her Blur trailer outfit is probably the best compromise of showing off the tattoos while staying away from the belt bra.mrsph wrote...

Very similar to the Blur outfit, I was thinking something like this but with no sleeves.
Edit: And probably a good chunk cut out on the sides and back, since her back tattoos are awesome.

Straight up she'd keep the tattoos and the shaved head of course however because I am one of those 'I want real armour' people I'd have her in some kind of medium to light armour with its own little 'Jack' flare to it.yorkj86 wrote...
If you were in charge of Jack's appearance for ME3, how would you change things, if at all? Nothing dramatic and possibly out-of-character, such as having all of her tattoos removed. Describe your ideas.

Jack has the coolest boots
Agreed! We need a quickfic that tells about how she came in to possession of those boots! Those definitely aren't prison-issue!

Granted the following image is a little exaggerated, but sorta gets the point across.

A suit that acts as a biotic amp would be cool. Even though most of it is just flavor-text, a lot of the armor has functions that work with and enhance some aspect of the user's power.
I'm convinced that Jack can use Singularity and Charge. The gameplay mechanics just need to allow it.
I haven't heard anything about being able to edit certain powers for certain teammates. Is it not possible?

And yes, this is Akira Kazama from Capcom's Rival Schools.

I can't give my own input on the matter, Epantiras?
No problem... it just seemed weird to me. I'm paranoid and I suddenly
imagined a Bioware guy hacking into your account and asking questions
while impersonating you... but they already ask fans for feedback in
their official threads, so it would be totally pointless. Ooohh forget what I wrote ;-)

Yeah! It looks like you can kill people with them :-D
Reminds me of an old Baldur's Gate joke: "go for the eyes, boot!"

I'd think an outfit like a motorcycle jumpsuit could be an option if the devs tried imagining Jack with armor. Something like a full body biotic amp. Once she wears one, she turns into a real beast.
Sounds like an awesome idea, axl. With your permission, I'd like to borrow it for a side project (still ME and Jack-involved) I've been kicking around for a while. Unfortunately, the muse is still sleeping so it'll be a while yet before anything readable by the public - whether from Things Worth Keeping or otherwise - sees the light of day. Sorry to everyone who's still interested and waiting for something more.

As for armour and new costumes... I don't really see the point. I've always imagined Jack creatively using localised mass effect fields to deflect bullets and other bits of flying crap. Plus as far as dodging crap goes, well, we've seen how she can use fields to perform impossible death-acrobatics, sooo... watching Jack in action must be like watching The Matrix; only with more swearing and bloodshed, and less "cool" black leather outfits and nerdgasm wish-fulfilment.
Bullets stop in mid-air, people ragdoll off walls, boots hammer through people's spines... glorious. And no need for a costume change ever. A shower might be useful though...
As for my quietness of late, just been a mite busy and the PC has died, so I'm working on a slow-ass old laptop. Until the computer gets fixed, I'll be only making it in every so often via the low-tech, but this thing is so slow it makes quarian politics look swift...
