A person, on another forum, is claiming that Jack said that. I didn't remember Jack saying that, either, and that's why I asked here.

EDIT: Or, it might have been a misunderstanding.

... You sure someone isn't mixing up an inaccurate account of Zaeed's story about a 8 year old girl and Jack hijacking a military craft during a parade? Because that never happened. Not even in the audio files.

Sounds like a huge misunderstanding yep.

Does anyone remember Jack saying anything about accidentally injuring a child when she hijacked a military vehicle during a parade?  The child later died, in the hospital, of its injuries.  I don't remember her saying anything like that...

Eh, all she says in that (I played through romancing jack a few days ago) is it was a parade, it was boring and she livened it up. Plus they shouldn't have left the keys in the thing.

Someone asked this rather thought-provoking question elsewhere - "How much of what Jack has done in her past can you forgive?    Why?"

EDIT:  Here's another question - "If Jack were brought up on charges for crimes she committed in her past, what would your Shepard do?"

My Shepard is still waiting for a chance to go pirate with her :-P

EDIT:
I've updated the comic thread with a "making of" article.

Thought for the day-is it wrong my paragon shep laughs at Jack's antics (sinking spacestations, vandalism, especially after finding out the details, and her other 'wacky hijinks' she gets up to?)

Probably not; it's not evil to have a morbid sense of humor.

No, as long as it isn't mocking laughter, and as long as it isn't done at the expense of the people affected by her actions.

I'd have said her running off with that military vehicle was, but it always makes me laugh.

^ This, York summed it up pretty well for me.

It might be amusing, for the epilogue screen for a befriended/romanced Jack to mention the fact that Shepard spent a significant amount of time defending her in various courts, in various jurisdictions. Epilogue screens must be voiced by the character's VA, no exceptions.

What? Like dealing with her unpaid traffic violations?

-edit. By that same token, it'd be pretty funny to see attempts at getting her "on the straight and narrow" post-invasion. Getting proper documentation (citizenship, driver's license and all that), maybe a "real" job...

Yes, Jack hasn't been feeding the meter on the space-station ever since she crashed it in to that moon.

As for Jack working an honest job, I just don't see it.  There's no way.  No amount of money would be worth it, for Jack to be ordered around by someone.

She could be a QA Analyst for ME3!  That would be hilarious.  :)

Kelly will get fired during the intro cinematic of ME3 and Jack will replace her.
Just imagine how she'll tell Shepard about the unread messages in his/her private terminal...

Or at the very least calmly explaining to Shepard that Grunt was hungry and he was getting cranky so "shrug" she gave him a snack.
