So what are the chances they'll screw up Jack in the third game? Wanna take bets?
1. Jack's writers will fail to understand the nuanced character they've created
1a. Jack's writers will fail to understand that while she appears extreme, and opens up to Shepard for the romance, she is actually between the two extremes
1b. Jack's writers will write her to be too extreme, or too soft
2. Jack's writers will half-ass any attempts to write her character competently, to keep up with the pace of ME3
3. Jack's role will be reduced to a cameo
3a. Alternatively: Jack's role will be reduced to an e-mail
5. None of the above; Jack's writers will write a perfectly nuanced Jack for ME3, taking in to account her nuanced character, and the various ways Shepard can affect her

That-Tattooed-Woman, a WIP, by Louvette. That ought to shut up people who claim Jack is scrawny and unhealthy-looking.
Just makes me think how unreal she would look coming out of Shepard's shower dripping wet. Like a manmade tiger, moving oblique from a forest of steam and perfume into a landscape of steel; frame a chaos of lines and shapes, snatches and gleaming fragments of jet, emerald, ruby, fractured glass and ivory... muscles under skin moving with sinuous, deadly momentum... what hand or eye dare frame thy fearful symmetry?
"Hey, quit gawpin' and gimme a towel."
Mondo, your writing style reminds me of an anonymous quote: "A picture may be worth a thousand words, but sometimes a word is worth a thousand pictures.":D

Jack reminds me a lot of Natalie Portman.
That is all.
I think so too. Natalie may look better with a shaved head than any other actress out there... and dem eyes.
I like her better with a shaved head than with long hair.

This is an accurate pic of their chances to get Jack's character *right*:
EDIT:
About the devs not being here... I think they'll start to show up when the ME3 marketing campaign starts. Right now Bioware is too focused on Dragon Age 2 and I bet the ME2 Story Driven DLC will be revealed only later this year, probably few months before the ME3 marketing campaign starts (think about Witch's Hunt and the announcement of DA2).

You know Jack lived a badass and I would love she died a badass. So instead of a stupid e-mail I would prefer she died protecting the earth by delivering a biotic killing blow to one of the Reapers. Oh and Grunt shed a manly tear at the sight. Though I fear the worst thing they could do to Jack is to have "Romance Epilogues" somehow I suspect that they would make Jack's emotional and painful. Think "The Notebook".
EDIT:
OOOH!!! WHAT would Sheppy dear get Jacky poo for Valentine's Day?
Shep: Jack. It's Valentine's Day!
Jack: So? Does the little lady want some chocolates and a lovely poem?
Shep: <_< I was thinking more like crashing some parties and annoying lovers at the Presidium
Jack: Now you're speaking my language! I'll get the Firestorm!
Shep: Blackstorm for me!:innocent:

I was looking for a sad MaleShep screenshot to paste here, but found none.
But hey, that rule sounds cool :-P

Anyway, that rule isn't so bad, as long as it doesn't mean no lovey-dovey stuff, too.

I don't expect Bioware to support games and release patches any later than 6months to a year after initial release. Maybe there will be one more patch for ME2, but I'm not holding my breath. Don't even get me started with DA.
If this is how their priorities are with technical issues after they have released the game, then what would give me the confidence to believe that their priorities when developing the game in the first place, would dictate that they "get things correct" with anything to begin with?
I'm not saying that they won't, but I have no reason to believe that they will.

It's not, Sundown, but the more you love something, the more you expect people to screw it up one way or another. Human nature.
Sounds like something Jack would say to Shepard.
Probably intentional.
