Out of curiosity who is your least favourite ME2 character? Excluding Zaeed, Kasumi, and Jason ........... err Jacob.

I actually like Jacob, he's just a bit dull and his chatup technique is beyond juvenile, but he is at least one character that doesn't beat around the bush - he speaks his mind. If anything I found Thane astoundingly duller than Jacob. He really has nothing to spark my interest; the moment he starts waxing philosophical or banging on about guilt I go make some tea. So, if it's a "proper" character, I have to say it's Thane I'm completely indifferent to. I pretty much play the whole game with Jack and Grunt only, so why bother with anyone else when I have my dream team right there?

I know I don't post here and this wasn't directed to me... but I'm gonna answer anyway!
It's hard b/c really... how much interaction is there with the squadmates? I think I'd go for the mission... there was a lot of interaction with liara in that.
I actually loved Zaeed and Kasumi. Jacob was meh.... my least favorite character would be Samara, which is normally why I go for Morinth.

Huh? Why? When did you decide this? *looks puzzled* Why does Bioware have to make things difficult?NICKjnp wrote...
I would prefer to have Tali dead...shot in the face buy Harby, eaten by seeker swarms, dead after the platform fall, screwed up saving the crew, or dead because she screwed up leading the fireteam.
Have you brought her to the final boss yet? I think you can rip her mask off and scare the baby reaper to death.
*badum tish*
Well, LotSB trumps most of the other missions in the game, I think. I'll go with quality first and foremost. With all things equal, then I suppose it doesn't really matter to me, as long as it's fun and interesting.GeneralSlotts193 wrote...

I'd prefer the former, but I probably wouldn't get it.
And my least favorite ME2 character is the turian councilor. I've no dislike for any of the squadmates. None at all.

It doesn't help Jacob that not only is he somewhat dull, but he's been nerfed as a squadmate as well.
"Thane, there are many interesting people on this ship, maybe you should get out and talk to them"
"I shall.................think about it"
I thought that was kinda funny.

I decided that I really need to torture some paper and some fans, especially now that I'm in possession of shiny new set of prismacolor pencils. Jack is my first victim of the color pencil abuse (though I'm by no means done with her, her face is too interesting to draw only once)
Enjoy

A garrus level of interaction, while LOTSB had some of the best levels gameplay-wise,
it was horrible story-wise IMO.
Too much fanservice for Liara, it doesn't help that I can't stand Liara.
And my least favourite ME2 characters would be Miri and Legion.

I thought Jack was awesome and first and then hilarious. And then when you ended up getting to her core, like as a maleShep, because as a female you couldn't do it. But she was so cute. I just wanted to hug her... tattoos and all. She was probably my favorite squadmate in ME2.
Yeah I was thinking the same. Poor girl, she's a girl disturbed with obvious emotional wall defenses and serial killer tendencies.

I re-played LotSB few days ago and if I'm not mistaken, in that DLC Liara has almost the same amount of interaction as the average squadmate (and definitely more than Garrus!). Even if I'd like to have our lovely sociopath in my squad, I don't want her to be forever lost in calibrations. It's a tough choice, but better a fleshed out character that stays on your screen for 30 minutes than a silent one that stays with you from start to finish.

I don't dislike any of the ME2 characters. I even enjoy the hell out of Jacob. Yeah he has the game of a third grader, but someone who likes Old Yeller can't be all bad. Truth be told, I don't really dislike any BioWare squaddie... Except for Zin Bu... And Carver seems like a candidate too.
And count me in the minority, but I'll take the Garrus option. One of my favorite little things about this game is how all the squaddies compliment you on your headshots. Come to think of it, "NICE SHOT!" is probably the nicest thing Jack says to you throughout the entire game.

I'm grumpy today, so I'll bite. Ignoring Jack's hair, because that topic has been done to death, what, exactly, about asian features makes Miranda more attractive? Did they also change Jack's face?
Is this one of those mods that makes Western (white) women in Western games fit more in to asian ideals of female beauty? I've seen similar mods for Oblivion. Western MMOs have started the practice of making anime-like features available as features for characters, in character customization.

Jacks face is the same and Asian =/= Anime. It's sad that if you saw an person from India you would think he's Middle Eastern as opposed to Asian. It's the 2nd Miranda's rather sharp looks and narrow face that make her look slightly asian. It's not a bad thing and neither is it a trend. I also love latino/spanish Miranda from Galaxy. Anything but the potato face.

I wouldn't. Nice try, though. I grasp the nuance, even if you think I don't.
Asian =/= anime, but largely, anime is made by asians, and something drawn in the style of anime is credited as having an asian influence.
What is this mod, and does it intend to give Miranda asian features?
Seems you're trying to pass off your tastes in aesthetics as universal. That's my primary gripe.

That's probably because the actress who lended her likeness and voice to the character -- Yvonne Strahovski -- is Australian, herself.
And I'd rather Jack'd kept to the shaved head, for now. I always pictured her with brown hair, though, and not blonde or whatever, as most people like to think.

I meant some may think the 2nd Miranda looks even more Aussie than the regular one but forget it
Jack is better bald. One of the few charecters/people with the physique and face to pull it off
Though I would like her a bit more muscular/athletic. She seems anorexic at times then again being frozen in cryo doesthat too you.

The picture is from a different thread. I don't know the purpose and don't think the idea was to make her look Asian just better looking. And how does she look like a Final Fantasy character? They look like clowns! Or do you just not like Chinese/Japanese facial features? I THOUGHT she looked nice and THOUGHT her face looked Asian and that's it. She probably looks Aussie to some but that's a diffent opinion
Final Fanasy characters - Flawless, inexplicably-well-kempt features, androgyny, those sorts of things. Imperfections are outstanding features, too.

This.
I'd rather have all those great one liners and comments on missions than one mission specifically for that person.

On the topic of FF and generally jRPG characters- the way they look has its roots in japanese popculture, which is filled with manga and anime. Ridiculous haircuts, swords/guns so big that they dwarf the character wielding it, huge unnaturally coloured eyes etc.- it's just a way to draw the players to the game. It would be boring to play with somebody that looks like every other person you see on the street.
Imagine ME games without aliens and with every squaddie looking like your typical neighbor- even with great story and character depth it wouldn't be as interesting as it is now.
Edit: I haven't posted Jack pictures in a while, so why not do it now?

It looks like Jack has used leftovers from her nipple-halter as a strap to keep her gas-mask on
