Nobody wished Slurms any luck for his exam, eh? Figures. Anyway, I thought I'd post something Jack-related, not sure if any one of you is already aware of this, but I didn't want to check the previous 790-odd pages of posts to make sure, but google the website Jia Jem, the girl there did a Jack costume, shaved head and all, how cool is that? I did find some more pics of a girl at the last Dragon Con who went as Jack, but it was on somebody's flickr account, not sure if I should provide a link, what are the rules? Not sure if the other guy will be angry if he found out or not or something.

Mission update, just got this response for the first time to Shepard saying "Doesn't sound like you're doing much living. Not for yourself".



So rude! If only the crew knew about the way she talked to me they might give me a shoulder!

Also had a hell of a time on Horizon until I found out I can kill a collector at full barrier by biotic Charging - Claymore to the face - Jack Pulls and finishes them while I take cover. Should make the rest of the game easier.

And I never heard this either.



Usually have Garrus and he pipes in at that point. She actually says "You little sh!t" and it is seriously lulzy  You have to go through each level with a different 3rd squaddie in order to get all of Jack's lines. Can't believe it.

Indeed. Everything has been said before, but it's how you present it that makes it special. If Jack and Morrigan are meant to appeal to the same genre of fans, then they're failing with me, cuz I don't like Morrigan and love Jack. Simply for the reason that Morrigan manipulates you and Jack does not. Jack also doesn't say she loves you then takes off and makes you chase after her just cuz she loves trolling <_<

Bah, man makes his own luck. I hope ya passed anyway  Most of the people here have heard of Jia Jem, but I found out more recently. The outfit creativity is quite impressive, and her willingness to buzz her hair off says a lot about her . I'm pretty sure people post links to cosplay all the time, so I wouldn't worry about it. At the most you'll be pleasantly corrected.

A while back someone in the Ash thread wanted to know what people thought Jack's nickname for Ash would be, and that "military stooge" line was the first thing that popped into my head, but I don't thing she'd use the same insult twice.

And the second quote, is that an easter egg for the modders, because I thought Jack trumped Grunt for all dialogue on Horizon, and I don't remember that line. So who do you have to bring to get it, cuz I see you've got Tali which doesn't help me much.

Thanks for the kindly response, I'm not so sure about the exam though, think it went alright, I think. Who knows? I guess I'll find out in a few months. Anyway, it appears I'm lagging behind others in this forum regarding Jack-knowledge is there anything else I should know?

Mmmm looking at those pictures makes me wanna go to a convention tho, but I don't know of any in the UK......I don't think there are any.....atleast no decent ones....I think....Am I wrong? The only ones I'm familiar with are Comic Con and Dragon Con, perhaps I should make a trip to the US to go to one......but I have no source of income and such a trip would be a severe drain on my already limited resources. Why is everything so bloody expensive? I just want to indulge in my nerdy passions.

She usually trumps Grunt, eh? I'll remember that. All the squaddies seem to take turns for each prompt. I didn't get the "Jeez, I hate these guys too, but there are bigger threats out there" which is one of my favorites. So I'll do Horizon with Zaeed and see what happens. I know it's not Garrus or Mordin, or prolly Kasumi cuz she usually steals all the lines. It may even depend on the order in which you select your squad. Must experiment.

I recommend asking any Jack-related question that cross your mind, it's easier than me trying to remember every question I've had answered   There's also some spoilers that you may or may not wanna know.

Just procured some microsoft point and going to download some DLC! YAY! Now the choice is should i play them with my completed playthrough or start a new playthrough with all of the DLC and have one massive Mass Effect-fess. Decisions...decisions. What should I do? Any opinions?

Well, I prefer doing Liara's and Arrival after the SM. Overlord depends, usually before. I find that order works better with the story.

I've noticed that Kasumi steals all the lines too. Yeah I'd try Zaeed or possibly Jacob, as I'm sure the rest trump Jack on Horizon or anywhere else for that matter. Grunt only seems to comment if the topic is related to killing. I've tried selecting squadmates in different orders, but it doesn't change anything. 

And here's another one of my favourite Jack lines......after Garrus gets shot up by the gunship, and I may not have the quote exactly right.

"I hope you didn't need this guy too much"

I did Lotsb, overlord, and the arrival all after the SM. It made the game feel way longer IMO. Enjoy!
