I didn't see a search function on this site so i apology if its be asked.

If i play ME2 multiple times- will by choices counteract each other when imported to ME3?. Say i do one action in one playthru and the opposite the second playthru? I ask because i thought i read on this site that your actions file is in the cache and not attached to your save file. Which does lead me to another question- is this still true (if true)? I would hope its tied to the save in ME3.

I wasn't able to import my ME1 to ME2, so i want to make sure i don't have issues with the next one.
