Also, there is a plethora of anti Liara threads, all of which I haven't responded to. Just look through them and you won't see me.

I'm sorry. But I have seen you post CONSTANTLY in anything Liara or Tali related. You even went so far as attacking a person's poll, in fact I believe it was XX55XX's,  and accusing them of manipulating it, or of Tali fans deliberately manipulating the poll. Interestingly, Liara, your favorite character, did not do well in this poll.

Now, I present a poll OUTSIDE of these forums, that can't simply be spammed, and you try to discredit it as inaccurate because of Liara not being in it.

Don't try and tell me you said that out of the pure good and truthiness or your heart, regardless of truth.

everything I said in this thread I believe and will stand by it. I do think 100% that your beloved ten ton gargantuan Tali thread is as far as trying to twist the arm of BioWare, completely INEFFECTIVE. I have a right to believe that, you have a right to disbelieve.... let's leave it at that.

What caused the hate and discontent is that you claimed to have a source and then when pushed said you had nothing to prove. That leads people to believe that you lied. This isn't about having the right to believe what you want: No one is truly arguing that. What the fight is about is you either lying or witholding a source that confirms your POV.

Me? I think Tali is gonna be in the game regardless of that giant thread and I hope Liara has a much better role as well.

As I said I will leave that issue as is. I have my beliefs and whatever sources I have, I may not want to share, but suffice it to say, this is me really not being a troll. Lets just leave it at that. you all can think I'm lying, but I just can't submit whatever proof I may or may not have, it would be wrong... so I won't. So just go on believing what you like, that is fine, as its not up to me to crush hopes and dreams. and who's to say I even have anything... but if you want me to sum it up, I will, I have not lied about one thing I have said in this thread.

Your first statements are a prime example of my last quote above your last one. You don't like what I have said, hence you fighting with me.

See through all of your miscalculations of me, you've come to the conclusion that I like to gloat and you are sorely mistaken, I'm not into proving people wrong. I'm into good conversations and intellectual stimulation. So you got me all wrong buddy. Just because I don't like Tali as much as you do, doesn't mean I'm any less a caring person. This Tali stuff has clouded a lot of you all judgement and this is just one example.

Unfortunately this conversation is going to end without me saying anything else about that. As I just said, I probably shouldn't have said what I already said regarding it, so again, I'll leave it at that.

Either way, lets just say BioWare is making the game based on the story they already have and may or may not listen to us based on the size of a thread or how much we may campaign. But you all will disagree with me because you'll throw at me that "BioWare listened about making Tali a romance option in ME2". That's fine and good, but like I said earlier in a different thread, before clinging onto words, I would excercise some self control and look at reality a bit and just know that although BioWare listens to us their fans, it is indeed a game, where the core story is already written and to think some 1000 page thread is going to change that is a fools belief indeed. But as I said I will leave it at that, so I'm signing off. good conversation.

I'm curious. At first you claimed the "source" is merely proof that threads don't have an effect on a character's returning/non returning.

Now you claim it is evidence that, specifically, Tali, is not returning. As a fan, I want to know if this "source" is number one, or number two.

Heck, you can simply message me if you want. If you are correct, and your source is evidence that the return we all want isn't coming, I would appreciate it, in a private message, if only so I can, as you said, "stop wasting my time".

I'll even go so far as to not post what ya tell me. i am genuinely curious if you are onto something, or if you're just being your usual self.

I personally prefer Miranda. Tali is cute in a little sister kind of a way. Subjectively speaking, Miranda just seems like the perfect match for Shepard (I play as the default Shepard by the way so I think that they look like a very good couple.)

My first post evah, and look what I get into lawlz. Tali, by a mile in terms of the forum here it seems she has many fans. I like her too, but not as LI, more as a good friend and loyal soldier, so to speak. My LI on my maleShep will be Miranda because of the following:

1. I love Brit/Aussie accents

2. Though being a "Cerberus Cheerleader" she didn't always do what I expected on my femShep paragon runthrough, I find that interesting

3. Ever since KOTOR (see Bastila), I've been a sucker for the killer babe who puts up an icy front that you can chip away to reveal her warm gooey side XD

4. DATASS, sry couldn't help myself



Color me superficial, but I'd be more likely to go for Tali as LI if I knew what she looked like underneath that mask. That said, I thought Tali was pretty uninteresting in ME1 (just my opinion), but ME2 really fleshed out her character, and I like her a lot more now. idk, I'd like to see ALL the ME2 roster return.

Tali is more popular for sure since she has been in the series longer than Miranda. Now if you are judging by the romances, then I guess it's going to be based more on what type of Shepard you play more. Tali is better love interest for a more Paragon Shepard while Miranda is better for a more Renegade Shepard in my opinion.
