Tali, no question. But maybe I'm biased because it seems to me that Tali got popular due to good voice acting, good writing, and vocal fans (and I don't count myself a die-hard Tali fan) whereas Miranda seems to be riding the 'forget about your ME1 LI Cerberus is kewl' train.

Yes, but I'm pretty sure that had more to do with the likely idea that they would have rather got it on with her in ME1 than the LI's who were available.
