I load up the game Cerberus Network automatically logs in, the CerbNet laptop opens and I can hit the bumpers to scroll through "files." I've tried going to Extras -Downloadable Content, it makes a sound but nothing happens. Am I missing something?

I've checked that my Gamertag is linked to EA, my promo items also show up on this sites list.

its glitchy, if I understand correctly then maybe it will help (if you on XBox):

go to cerb. network and ask for download of dlc. Exit mass effect and go to pending download, only there they will start to download. wait untill its all done and go back to the game.

Got on today and the "New Content" option showed up for the first time, then it disappeared, restarted game and it was there again. Managed to get everything on the download list, exited back to dashboard and I'm downloading.
