I had figured that by now someone would probably have made a matching helmet for the great looking WC set, but through all my searching I've come up empty. Does anyone know if such a thing exists, or if there's any groups actually working on one?

In the Stone Prisoner DLC is the Helmet of Honnleath. It's a Warden helmet (Grey Iron, fixed) with 1.5 armor (+3) and +2 to all attributes.
Looks great on females. Lame on males.

is anybody able to upgrade this helmet to dragonbone? or make it scale with the warden armor? would be awsome if you just make it look like the warden helmet..

You can do so in the toolset by editting it's properties. Still with a total armor rating of 4.5 it's one of the toughest helmets in the game by default. The helmet should color similar to the warden helmet with upgraded material. I think the reason they kept it "grey iron" and added +3 armor is because they wanted to keep the strength requirements to a minimum and still create a powerful item.
