I got the Warden Keep add-on. Where is the storage chest supposed to be located? In camp? I don't see one. Is there something you have to do in-game to get it?

It's at the Keep. You need to do the Warden's Keep quest. Leave the keep. Then come back - and there will be a merchant, a smith (who will forge Starfang after the meteor incident) and a storage chest.
Edit: make sure you loot thoroughly and do everything while inside the keep. Once you leave you cannot re-enter. You will then only have access to the courtyard, where all those services are.
