This is the reason why I stopped buying 360 products all together this past summer.

I don't trust Microsoft.

The big question now is, what about the customers who downloaded these games then their 360 dies and they need to re download after your 360 dies again and then to re sync your HDD to your new Console since all DLC and content on the 360 has heavy DRM which would then require me to be logged onto Live or my content or saved files wont work similar to Games For Windows Live.

What if I still need to re download, or someone buy’s a new Xbox or a bigger HDD, what then?

I have been on the fence on buying Mass Effect 2 for the Xbox 360 but now that just won’t happen. Yeah this is for original games but again this makes me scared to use anything on Xbox Live. Not only do you have to pay to use the Multiplayer but once your 360 dies you better hope someone in India understands you enough to re sync your Live DLC to your new console otherwise like my Mass Effect 1 content I have to log online each and every time or it won’t let me play the content I bought.

I swear between this and having them tell us we need to provide ourselves our own coffin boxes and wanting us to spend money for filling and the UPS Sticker to mall it to them for their defect I have lost all faith in Microsoft.

I remember in 04 finally changing my mind about Microsoft and giving them a chance and jumping on board with the 360 instead of the PS3 but I can’t do it anymore. I hate to say it but the only games I will get for my 360 now is the Fable sequel and that’s it.

Mass Effect 1 is a 360 game, OP. You have absolutely nothing to worry about here. I'm with you on that Fable thing though. Once I have Fable III in my hands, I shall be washing my hands of console gaming for good.
