I entered my promo codes for Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 on two seperate accounts. I realized afterward the benefits of putting everything under one account so I deleted all my Bioware accounts (thinking all keys bound to the accounts would become unbound and reusable for my new account), made a new account and registered all my games with their product keys just fine. My promo codes will not work though. I enter the promo code and it says it has already been used. I used them on old accounts that have been deleted and don't exist anymore so what do I do?
If a dev or mod could PM me so I can give them any info they need to fix this that would be great. I do understand this was a small mistake on my behalf, but I would like to enjoy my extra armor/weapons that I have the codes for.

You contact EA support and ask them to transfer the DLC to your new account.

I just emailed them. Anyone have any clue how long the wait is or if they will get anything done the first time. Most of the time I have to do this I end up emailing them back and forth until they have absolutely every piece of data I can give them and they understand what I want....

Has anyone had to do this before? I sent them an email and they sad "We will get back to you within 24 hours". Afterward I tried to talk by using their live chat feature and waited in a queue for 45 minutes only to be told after the 45 minutes were up that no one is available to speak with. It's almost been 24 hours and still no email.
