To be honest, I was kind of sad that they didn't go with showing Tali's father's face when you find him dead on the ground... It would have fit during Tali's outburst of sadness.

To the people claiming Tali fans will be upset. Are wrong. (maybe a few,but not all.)
I am a Tali fan. I romance Tali. She is not my character,I did not create her. I have no image in my head,just her suit.
 I will be happy with Bioware's concept for their Character. The moment you buy ME 1,2 or 3, you are accepting Bioware knows best,and you belive in them and their amazing art work.
 I think it would be a shame and a cheap cop-out if they do not finish the Quarian race.

The thing is, the player should know how they look. That´s what you have the extranet for, you know? xD
But I won´t die of disappointment if we shouldn´t get to see them ^^

A mystery is what keeps people coming back for more.  J.J. Abrams, the creative mind behind Lost and the most recent Star Trek, would often say in interviews it's maintaining the mystery that creates an enduring sense of intrigue to which fans commit.  Of course, at some point, I'd imagine most fans expect a payoff.


But the problems is, sometimes fan speculation and imagination are far
more interesting than the actual reveal itself, so I'm sure there will
be a lot of disappointed chatter should Tali's choice be revealed.  Just
be prepared for that!

To me, the more interesting question is, should BioWare choose to reveal the Quarians, what is the manner in which they will do so?  Cinematically there could be a couple of cool ways to do this:

• Tali's faceplate becomes damaged and Shepard must scramble to minimize the trauma to her immune system
• Tali's faceplate becomes damaged and Shepard finally sees her face in an emotional death scene
• Tali and Shepard get to boink in their birthday suits because of an environmentally sterilized boudoire.
• Tali jury rigs her helmet and faceplate to save the life of an injured comrade (gas attack or loss of air); her own survival comes into question
• Shepard's first reveal of a quarian face is actually a corrupted one: a Quarian (maybe one he's met before) reveals her/his face in the early stages of "Reaper"-fication!

Okay, my brainstorming has short-circuited.  Hopefully BWare has thought about the cinematic opportunities for the reveal, if that's what they're going to do.

I voted 'reveal' because it would put an end to the speculation coming from all Tali fanatics. I myself am not really curious about the Quarians.

I fear a reveal because I don't want another *human* race. Oddly enough the people who are usually the most creative (Fan artists) can't seem to make Tali anything other than a human or space elf.
