Howe's forces attacking and i killed that mage in the main hall... and the door is closed. I can't go to my father because the door isn't open
anyone has this problem?

Not in any of my games... if you're in the main hall, Ser Gilmore should talk to you and tell you where your father is, and then you should be able to open the door and go out. Try reloading, maybe? Hope you get it to work!

Yep, it's a bug. You can tell if you caught it early on though.
If you speak with Ser Gilmore the very first time, he should ask about Duncan and be all exited about the possibility of becoming a Grey Warden.
If that bit of conversation is not firing, you have the bug.
