Hello. I am posting this as a separate thread, since I think my problem is quite different from the one in the "DLC problem" thread.

I purchased the HK version and solved the DLC issues thanks to Ancientonez method. That is, until I decided to get the Warden's Keep DLC through EA Store. Here is a quick summary of what happened after that:

- DLC registered as PC/Mac only on game promotions page (on my profile): contacted EA support, they tweaked my account somehow and DLC now shows registered as PS3 as it should.

- DLC does NOT show on DLC in-game list (it does not show at all, not even as a purchasable item as it did before): contacted EA Support again, they replied that DLC shows as "purchased" on their side.

- DLC keeps not showing: apparently now EA Support people are at their wit's end, so the only answers I am getting from them are parts of the DLC FAQ copypasted from the website .

In case you are wondering about that, the DLC is also NOT marked as purchased on PSN HK from my account.
What should I do now? Is there any solution to that or should I keep pushing EA for a refund?

Thanks in advance for your help. Any official "hint" from Bioware would be welcome, of course.
