Is there anyone who liked Jack?

I remember seeing a poll on this board- she was the most hated character apart from zaed, I believe. But if anyone was going to be cut from the ME2 cast who wasn't DLC, it'd probably be her.

I didn't love her, but she was an interesting character. Probably the most sympathetic of the entire crew if you bother going through her dialogue options... although she hates it if you pity her. There's a 7 year old girl underneath that self-destructive exterior.

Ok.

Miranda is another "sexy" char.

Tali is cute and all kind of thigs.

But Jack is not a typical char and it's cool.

I'm a bit tired from types like Miranda or asari.

So more untrivial chars like Jack would be great.

I have no idea why people hate Jack, I can deal with her, she is pretty much the flip side of the Miranda.. Where Miranda will freeze you out by being distant... Jack harsh attitude is all emotional defense and rightfully so that woman had a f-up life... I mean her escape from the Cerberus turned her in the sex toy for a bunch of mercs...



She does not scare me at all , and she is not unattractive either,,, she is very raw,, I though the tats were damn cool.

She can stand up for herself and i bet if Shep do somthing against her she would crack his skull and throw him onto the airlock)

I had Jack on my active team seventy-five percent of the game, so I wouldn't mind having her back in ME3. I would choose Jack over Miranda anytime.

Jack is good in most fights. Pair her with Grunt and you can just sit back while they do the dirty work.

They pushed her too hard in the previews and vids. They made her out to be super-uber badass and she is just bland. There are so many other people that were better. Hell Legion said next to nothing and he was 100 times better than Jack.

I personally like Jack. I agree with the other posters; she's not the typical girly type which makes her character bring some 'color' to the group. You should here here dialogues during missions. Shes tough on the outside but still that little girl on the inside.

Tali is my favorite, Jack is okay but slightly too overdone in the badass department. Still would like to see her in ME3.

Jack is not as hard as she'd like to be seen.
Too bad we only had a glimse of her real personality after "softening" her(at least those who chose that path), because soon it was Omega4. Hope it gets a bit more expanded in the future.

@ KainrycKarr You know, that's quite the point. It was overdone on purpose, because mainly this is the way she keeps a distance between her and any other people. I think, that's why it was overdone. Basically, she's acting 80% of time.

I ended up liking Jack a lot more than i expected too, and her romance scene is quite the opposite of what you'd expect from a character like her.



Though i still have a fondness for Miranda(call me old fashioned), she's tough but also quite sensitive once you get to know her.

For example you could help jacob to re-start his relations with Miranda. e.t.c
