Loved Jack!

It's my hope that by the end of this adventure that is Mass Effect, we'll be able to ride off into the sunset together. There I said it.

That's why i want a NPC romance chance.
For example you could help jacob to re-start his relations with Miranda. e.t.c

Yeah, the way they looked on each other after Jacob's mission suggested something that was never pulled out.

The only problem with the character of Jack is that the game does not give Shepard the option of putting her into an airlock and flushing her out into space. And it should be a paragon option at that.

She is a psychopath and has no place in this team. Shepard is nowhere near stupid enough to keep her on the Normandy.

I remember when the character was first revealed, to the disgust of most fans, we were told that you did not have to recruit her. Well it now seems that is not true and I for one am very disappointed that you cannot continue the mission without recruiting the psycho. The Normandy is a ship on a vital mission, not a hospital for the criminaly insane.

I hope Jack comes back too.

She was one of my favorite characters from ME 2.

I thought Jack was one of the best characters in the whole game.
It aggravates me that so many people write her off as a ****ty character when they only base it off of the trailer and how she acts in the first two seconds of meeting her.

Oh well, their loss, I guess.

It's sad that so few people seem to have actually tried to discover Jack's character true nature. It looks as if many have just assumed she is (as trailers portraited her) just mean b***h. I myself think that is one of the most believable characters Bioware created. In real life most people are not open with complete strangers (and at the beginning Shepard is complete stranger to her) and only with time and effort on our part we sometimes have opportunity to take a glimpse of what's hidding behind facade they show to the world. Well built character is like onion. It has layers :)

I actually thought Jack's character was well done. Her Loyalty mission is really good too, because you can have her thinking about her future and not be trapped in her past. I don't know how the Renegade option went, I assume she killed the guy and was still angry.

Story wise I don't see why she would come back. She really doesn't seem to care about the mission. She's just there to hurt, and kill as many people as she can. She even says near the end of ME2 she may leave.

She is ok, but not a absolute must to return imo.

Sorry but Mordin was by far the best character in ME2.

I liked Jack, but I feel that she'd eventually leave the Normandy even if you pursued a romance with her. I smell a cameo incoming, although I'd like to have her back on my squad.

Jack was way better than I expected from the videos. Really well-written and well-handled character. I genuinely liked her and romanced her in one of my ME2 saves.

Jack was great. I support a return of Jack. Favorite squaddies from ME2 in no specific order: Legion, Tali, Jack, Mordin, Garrus and Zaeed. Yes, I actually liked Zaeed too, I liked his story and character, though I play Paragon and was happy to punch him, didn't want him to pull a Saren. I liked all the Squaddies, but those are my top 6 favorites, as characters anyway.

Jack is my favorite character from both Mass Effect games. She's very unique and has a lot of depth to her. She better be part of your team in ME3.

She's an absolute must return in my opinion. If you get into a romantic relationship with her it's easy to believe she'll stay on your team.

You're going on a suicide mission. Why wouldn't you want the most powerful human biotic on your team?

Because the mission requires you work as a team. Jack is totally unpredictable and cannot be relied upon. She may be the most powerful human biotic but any half decent asari commando would kick her backside.

It's partially fixed by her alternate outfit at least.

I was pleasantly surprised by her personally; judging from the trailers I presumed she'd end up being the token "rough girl," but she actually turned out pretty deep. Even if it's only a cameo, it would be nice to see her again in ME3. I know she talks about leaving the Normandy several times, but after getting to know her I almost got the feeling she was toying with Shepard, just to see the reaction. Especially after helping her destroy the facility that warped her into what she is now, I can pretty easily see her coming back.

People hate Jack? That's shocking. I thought she was one of ME2's stronger characters. Her design while interesting is a bit extreme for my tastes, but I'd like to see more character's like Jack in Bioware games.

As Shepard put it: "Being crazy is a prerequisite for this mission." Seeing how most Bioware games end in suicide missions, its kind of a prerequisite for being in the party period that you not be all right in the head in a Bioware RPG.

I thought Jack was a very a very well written character but a very ill-concieved squad member. She would have made a great NPC in a side quest or DLC but should never have been accepted onto the Normandy. It really makes no sense whatsoever. She is unstable, hates the organisation behind the mission and utterly untrustworthy.

When Bioware first announced the character they made it clear that she was an optional party member and you would not have to recruit her. But it seems that you do. They really should have stuck with the original plan.

I may not be in the majority. But I love Jack. I made a mistake the first time I took on suicide mission, when Jack died I was in shock. I'd hate to see Jack go. I couldn't lose her. Pardon her attitude, she's willing to heal from her past. That's what's important.

How could you not love Jack?  I took her along on most of the missions just because her comments were pretty much always priceless.  Her response when Miranda got burned by the merc during her loyalty mission was one of my biggest laughs of the entire game.

As somebody on the old boards so aptly put it, Jack is Revy from Black Lagoon.  And since I love that show, I love having her in this game, and would be definitely down for more in ME3.
