Thats a great idea! Seeing as if Ash or Kaiden is said to be in ME3 so will the other one be.

Can we stand topless Kaidan photos? Talk about chest hair, no chest hair?
Can they stand Ash in a bikini? Talks of which armor shows of Ash's assets best?
These questions would have to be answered.

Well, we could cope without the photoshoped bikin photos, but Ashley hugs are vital to our thread! Without them...*shudder* well, lets just say things would be bad.

To comment on what was being discussed a few pages before:

Ash/Kaidan should not be LIs in ME3 if you did not romance them in the first game. If you romanced them in the first game, but did not stay faithful in ME2 then they should be very cold towards Shep. Talk talk about the mission and anytime Shep tries to bring up something personal they avoid the topic.

If you romanced them in ME1, then in ME3 there should still be a chemistry but after the amount of time apart and all that I believe there should be some tension there, and maybe even some hesitation on Ash/Kaidans part. Don't make us start the romance all over. Make us have to work to fully regain their trust. About halfway through the game give us a mission where we have to save one of them and that kinda brings us closer together again. Then the last half of the game get to talk with them while actually in a relationship. Just saying.



Finally, I would not want Michelle Rodriguez as Ashley in a movie. I would be very disappointed with that casting decision.

IMO, There is no reason to add any new LI's in ME3.



This is something that has been nagging at me for a few days and ive wanted to say it.



On the cover of ME3, It should literally say this "If you have not played the first two, Do not buy this game"



Make the final game like MGS4. Total and utter fan service. Bring back ALL the Li's from ME and ME2, Make the squad limit 10 but you can recruit whoever you want.



Garrus, Tali, Ashley, Wrex/Grunt, Thane/Kolyat,Miranda,Jack, Mordin,Liara and Jacob for me.



Out of the new crew, besides Thane and Jack, I was not really fond.

My Shepard is a sole-survivor of both an attack on his colonial home where he was the only one not be taken/killed and the sole survivor of a thresher maw attack on Akuze.  He has been hardened by death.  Therefore, my Shepard doesn't cry.

I completely agree with not adding new LIs and the disclaimer on the front would be an awesome and bold move by Bioware.  I also completely 100% agree with your idea of choosing our own squad. 

Give me Ash, Garrus, Grunt, Wrex, Mordin, Legion, Samara......I know that is only 7 but I honestly cannot think of 3 more that I would really love to have on my squad.  All I know is that I would love to take Grunt and Wrex on a mission with me and watch them absolutely destroy Shepards enemies!

He sounds abit dead inside, to be honest.

Nah, he is just hesitant to get attached to many people.  Except Ash...after seeing her lose her entire unit on Eden Prime I felt they had a connection and would be good for each other.  My Shepard is crazy about Ash and misses her.

Hehe, true. Could be worse though if you have the 'ruthless' storyline and Shepard pretty much used his team as cannon fodder

I could never do that. My Shep is 100% Paragon and I only choose Renegade options when they're forced on you (ala the interrogation scene in Thane's loyalty mission).

And I can't bear to watch squadmate deaths in the suicide run - I've never experienced any death on any of my playthroughs and I never want to. They're just too heartbreaking for my poor Paragon Shep to bear. He would die before he let anyone else die, cause that's the kind of guy he is. After seeing his whole unit wiped out on Akuze, he's had enough of watching others die.

Well, I've tried renegade, but never completed a game that way so far. Though I have 100% paragon, I normally have alittle renegade too, heh.

I only ever lost Mordin once, and I'm still not wholly sure why, heh.

@Doug: No one is. Mordin seems to die for random reasons.



Bioware, I think ME has sold enough copies to make the third and final game in youre epic trilogy have a disclaimer that newbies should not buy it.



it worked fine with MGS4. You could play the game, But you would not understand the plot unless you played all of them before that.

Since I'm a completionist, I watched the 'death' scenes on youtube to see them - and they were heartwrenching.

And I was a mess during my first run through the suicide mission too. Especially when Miranda copped a shot to the chest while closing the doors in that second part. I was all 'What?! No! She has every upgrade and she's loyal - she can't die! This isn't fair!'. I breathed a sigh of relief when she was fine.
