Mordin will grow on her.
The only ones I'd see her to not like or dislike would be Morinth, Thane, and Miranda. I haven't really thought about it though. I know she'd hate Morinth, everyone hates her.

If Jacob wouldn't be Cerberus..i'd see Ah and him getting along..both military....also i see her having no problem with former teammates(Garrus and Tali)....
I don't see why she would have a problem with Thane...wel las long as Thane dosen't do something funny...and she might not care about Grunt much
Dunno what to think of Jack though..Ashley might thinl it's better to be safe and keep away fro mher then anything....
Other then that i dunno..though def. problems with Miranda

If Jacob explained his reasoning for joinning up with Cerberus (and Bioware decided to give Ash the chance to listen) I think they would get along swimingly.

Let to the themselves though, I think they'd be friends in both ME1 and ME2.
As for Garrus I think Ashley would, unless Shepard pushed her further towards exophobia, get along pretty well with the turian. They even seem to share much of the same philosophy: that getting the job done is more important than doing it politely or cleanly. Sure, Ashley obeys orders much more easily than Garrus ever could be expected to, but they seem to have more in common and to admire about one another than to fight over. Again, as with Tali, this applies to both games.
Miranda I can see Ashley really not getting along with at all. I'm not even sure why: it's not just that Miranda's part of Cerberus and Ashley sees them (rightfully) as a terrorist threat to the Alliance. It's more than that. I think that, as people, they would genuinely not get along. I think it might just be that Miranda's prim and proper, professional attitude might really grate against Ashley's reckless and free spirited nature. Ashley hates rules and regulations as is and I think she'd really dislike Miranda telling her what she can and can't do it and would misinterpret it as a form of haughty, holier-than-thou arrogance, when in fact, it's just the way Miranda is.
Jacob... I'm at a loss how she would like Jacob. I can see them getting along... okay, I suppose? Personally, I actually like Jacob fine, but he doesn't make a very strong impression, if you know what I mean, other than the fact that he's a nice guy who joined Cerberus more out of frustration than a genuine belief in their ideology. I think Ashley would have issues with him being Cerberus and she might call him naive to follow Cerberus (and he would counter that she's naive if she thinks the Alliance is going to get anything done) but beyond that... I'm not sure. They'd probably both insult Udina and other Alliance politicians and laugh about it though.
I think Ashley would find Mordin really, really weird. I think that would be her main impression of him, alongside maybe a half-joking worry or two that the guy might want to dissect her. She's not really a part of that world and I can't imagine her having much to talk to the salarian about. Of course, everone loves Dr. Solus, so he might have grown on her.
I think Ashley would call BS on Thane's philosophy that he's just the weapon and call that a way of him copping out of responsibility. Given time, they might get along, but I think she'd have serious issues with a paid assassin who, while feeling clear remorse his killings, diverts responsibility to others for his killings. They might find something to bond about in regards to religion, however. She would, of course, likely disagree with his theology but I think she's open-minded enough that she'd consider it an interesting topic to discuss.
I can see Ashley being simultaneously wary and supportive of Samara's presence on the ship. On the one hand, she'd probably like her philosophy in principle while cautiously suggesting she didn't like the idea of an asari who paid no heed to law or circumstance in killing those she deemed unjust. I don't she'd really worry that she'd be a target of Samara's, but she might warn Shepard that Samara was dangerous. If the player sided with Morinth (for whatever idiotic reason) she'd probably notice something was off and watch Samara for trouble.
Ashley and Jack... I can actually see getting along really, really well, so long as they're not in competition for Shepard. After all, Ashley hates Cerberus... and so does Jack (though for completely different reasons). Likewise, Ashley and Jack share many of the traits, both being tough women with a vulnerable interior who don't like to rely on anyone else but secretly admire Shepard for sticking up for them. I think their friendship would very much be the vitriolic kind - where they yell and insult one another for hours on end and then, when things get heavy, they cover eachother's rear, promising that if the other dies, they'll kill them.
I'm honestly not sure what Ashley would think of Grunt. She'd probably think he was dangerous and that Shepard should watch him quickly, but given that Grunt never once (after he forms his pact with Shepard) shows any signs of disloyalty to Shepard, I can't imagine her holding on to this opinion for long. Like Mordin, she'd probably think he was really weird.
Zaeed would probably strike Ashley initially as a self-important old war veteran who thinks he has all the answers but is just full of crap. I think though, he'd grow on her. They have a similar sense of humor and, if you paragon Zaeed during his loyalty mission, I have a sense he would ease up in a way Ashley could grow to like. I could imagine them cleaning guns together as a form of "warrior bonding."
I think Ashley would find Kasumi to be out of her element and sort of an oddball. She'd probably wonder why Shepard bothered recruiting her given her complete lack of military discipline or composure, though she'd also admit that her invisibility technology might come in handy. For her part, Kasumi would probably love Ashley and say fangirly things about her and the gunnery chief just as she does about Shepard and any possible LI.
And as for Legion... easy. Ashley would distrust him and could very easily supplant Tali in a confrontation with him. Ashley was at Eden Prime. She saw her squad murdered by geth. She fought them throughout ME1. She has little reason to trust his motives and given her opinions about non-humans in generall and AI in particular, I doubt she'd be willing to give him much of a chance. She might grow to tolerate Legion, but I doubt she'd ever like him.

Miranda and Ashley are both strong women, but apart from that they're almost polar opposites in terms of personality. Ashley's fire - spontaneous, occasionally reckless, openly passionate - vs. Miranda's ice -detached, calm, calculating, with carefully hidden emotions. Then there's the science vs. faith angle, where they'd also conflict. On the other side, both value family in spite of very different experiences.Nivenus wrote...

I think they might come to respect each other, especially if Miranda leaves Cerberus, but they'll probably never like each other.

As I am so fond of saying, she'd definitely be pulling out the "Who put you in charge? Did the Commander resign when i wasn't looking?" line on more than one occasion. Which, of course, would bother Miranda, and leave Shepard to sort out the mess.

Yes, they have different personality's and beliefs, but both are similar in that neither will compromise on them, both are incredibly loyal to those who they respect and both are willing to go to any length to complete their objectives.
Even If Ash and Miranda weren't able to agree with each other, I can still see them having respect for each other, as at the end of the day, both are trying to do what is best for humanity.
