Not sure for me really. I took Ash with me everywhere at first, and she just grew on me. Still never tried the Liaramance.

Off-topic-ish: Since this is the internet, I should think it goes without saying there're a couple of Browncoats about. Yes, I said 'Browncoats', and if you know who you are then this needs no explanation for you. I'm not one m'self, but I know enough to know how to invoke the sacred name.
Anyway, ever wonder what Ashley would think of that *other* Alliance? (Funny story: Before Mass Effect came along, that was what I associated the word 'alliance' with, so saying The Alliance and talking about something that was actually good was revelatory.)
