ok..gonna ask here first before going to the jack thread..if i reject having the romance part...where i tell he ri am not interested...the next dialogue option...wich one is better to use..the upper right or the the lower right wich says Agreed.No romance ?

Yeah, that's pretty much what I do. Her part in ME2 actually made me respect and admire her even more (same with Liara, although that was more implied than directly stated). Haters don't know what they're missing.

Slightly confused. You mean what's the nicest way to turn down Jack? When she asks if you have feelings say no. After that you have two basic choices, one asking her if there's an issue or something, and another that basically says no again. Pick the latter. I think it was bottom right.

The thing with Jack is that you have to cut the romance off quick. If you lead her on, she clamps on to you. Understandable considering her background.
