I always kept the original armour on Ashley throughout the entire game pretty much. Thought it looked the best for some reason.

i always like ashley in onyx heavy armor,she fills it out nicely.

I think it is a shame that people are quick to classify Ashley's horizon behavior as her being an ass. It makes more sense to me the more I look at it, but I have to admit may initial reaction was negative. I hope more people will revisit it as time passes. I am just finishing a playthrough where I stay loyal to her and really hope to see her return as a squadmate with more romance in ME3.

I had much the same reaction. Initially I was dismayed, but as I thought about it more and more, I realized that I only respected her more for it, because she has a mind of her own and a set of unshakable convictions that, in her mind, Shepard was violating. Horizon set Ash (Kaidan) apart as a a distinct character who does not rely on Shepard to do all the thinking for her, even if they both could have handled the situation better than they did (Shepard had nothing good to say, only varying levels of awful).

As much as I had loved to have her on the team (and eventually in the captains cabin hrhr) again, I understand her behavior on Horizon. I just needed some time to think about it and calm down.

Lets just hope the ME3 reunion will be better...

Yeah, same here. I was really pissed off when I first played through it. Even though I understood why, it's incredibly annoying when you wait like 2+ years for the second part of a story you're totally invested in only for one of your favourite characters to kinda hate you. But now, I'm happy to accept it and wait for a nice conclusion in ME3.

I was never angry with Ash. I was and am still angered by the convo. choices given by Bioware they have great writers but they really shanked the Ash, and Kaidan, supporters between the third and forth with the dialog options.

I too was never mad at Ash/Kaidan, I was more disappointed. I tried to think of it from her perspective almost immediately, so I was able to get over the whole thing pretty quick. I am still ticked off at Bioware however.

As with alot of people, I feel Ashleys reaction on Horizon is absolutely justified, my anger comes from Shephards poor dialogue and the fact that this minor role is the only way in which they feature in Mass Effect 2.

It's funny, the way Ashley or Kaidan reacts to you is largely dependant on what conversation choices you pick. The first time I was kind of annoyed but the second time they came off better.

You mean at Horizon? Yeah, I thought that was neat as well. It can actually go in a few different directions depending how you play it.
