Well you can read the summary on the mass effect wiki. It's not the best but it gives you the importent bits and if anything big like TIM's intentions, why he is how he is now and how he got his eyes are revealed in the book, they will be mentioned onhis character page.

with Martin Sheen as his VA...TIM is nothing short of one of the main players in ME3...i hope he is anyway...but i don't see why not
Also he was a major player in Ascension and again in the third book, which will pave the way for ME3. So him not having a big part in ME3 is very slim. He is the lkeader of Cerberus afterall.
let's not forget..he might be pretty pissed with Miranda leaving(if u brought her in the last fight) and with the fact that Paragon SHepard just took his ship and ran off

This. Too many things point that he will be a major player in ME3, and Bioware will also most likely let us kill him or inprison him.

Meh I hope Bioware does not do that. It fitted well for Infamous and was a perfect twist, but for ME3, it would be lame if TIM said he was an older version of Shepard, plus what if Shepard is a female

Timmy needs to pay. Put out rumors about Shep being alive and working with cerberus, that caused Ash to go to Horizon to act as bait for the collectors, then he tries to tell me to leave my past behind.

Meh TIM had no choice. I don't agree with what TIm does but osmethings like Horizon and the Coillector ship made sence. We needed to do it, I don't like it and I loved that we can challange and tell him it's none of his dam buisness but TIm does have a point. "We are at war!"
