They are wont to do that occasionally. Illium did so for me once. Try shutting down and reloading, that worked for me.

It says I have explored all the planets but the I wanted is not their. Not a big deal I waas just looking for minerals.

Huh, I've never had that problem. Sometimes the planets disappear from the system map though.
